What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I started Wise Computer Solutions in 2011 out of a desire to help local business owners who were struggling with IT problems. I realized there was no other company in this area who could help them with technology management, so I started one!
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people. I love being able to solve problems for employees and business owners who are frustrated with their computers. Sometimes people are pulling their hair out over a computer problem and we're able to come in and help them solve it. That's a rewarding feeling.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
One of our clients told us that she hoped we never left town. She said she didn't know what she would do without us.
