I had my first class today, beginners Vinyasa, and it was wonderful! I’ve already scheduled my next class. The people and environment are lovely, looking forward to spending a lot more time at Yoga Mat!

I love hot yoga, this studio gets to a decent temperature but the room it’s in has a little to much light, high ceilings, and not as hot as I normally like. Instructors are amazing, very welcoming atmosphere, and a good variety of classes/times offered. They do events and gatherings too, I leave here feeling better each time.

Amazing Yoga Studio! Everybody is just so nice and welcome you with open arms. The classes are mixed in age and gender which is awesome and it's a judgmental free zone. I felt very comfortable and the teachers are great. They show you how to do it, correct you without pointing you out and ensure that everyone does the exercises at their own speed. Thank you for making yoga so much fun.

Have never felt so comfortable going into a class. Everyone is nice and down to Earth. Love the classes as well. It's been two days and I already feel more in tune with my body and OMG, the sleep. Sleeping like a baby.
