A special “Best of 18 Years" five-course tasting menu celebrates Zealous's graduation from culinary high school by highlighting some of the most inventive fusion fare featured throughout the years. Chef and owner Michael Taus keeps tasters on their toes with a lineup that changes daily; however, diners can expect elegant dishes such as grilled chilean sea bass slathered in a fire-roasted pineapple vinaigrette or a short stack of mango pancakes with a quail egg and caramel sauce.
