One HIE we’ll avoid The most disappointing Holiday Inn Express we’ve ever stayed in from the standpoint of appearance. Staff was fine, but the facility is ragged and needs updating. Nothing major, but repairs are ridiculously shoddy, bare wires sticking out of the walls, and the landscaping has been neglected for what appears to be years. The breakfast was awful. Numerous items were not available including most of the selections on the drink machine. Had to settle for things I usually don’t eat for breakfast. Our biggest concern was the greasy film on the tile floors in the breakfast area and our rooms bathroom. Had to be due to a greasy mop or some chemical being used, but the floor was very slippery. Often on our return trip will stay in a hotel we had visited previously, but not on this trip.

Filthiest and worst Holiday Inn Express ever. Other than a fairly convenient location, there's no reason I'd ever recommend nor stay in this hotel again. The lady up front was nice in the evening, but that's where the good ends. The room was dirty. What appeared to be human body fluid crusted on the bedspread. The floor was sticky. Bath tub didn't appear to have been cleaned. The side chair had a crusty stain. Breakfast ran out of eggs, and had little else to offer. Coffee was burnt black, either old or brewed too strong. This is the most disappointing IHG hotel I've ever experienced. To follow it up, we called at 9am asking for a late (12:00) checkout, which we were granted, and the housekeeper banged on the door loudly at 9:33am, despite having the sign on the door knob, and then swiped his key before I could even get all the way to the door. Then the front desk called at 11:13 to see if we were out yet. Obviously no. Then 20 minutes later the housekeeper was again banging at the door while I was getting dressed. When we expressed our dissatisfaction with the above, the lady at the desk shrugged it off and said 'sorry.'. That's it. Never go to this hotel.

Easter Sunday 2023 Overnight stay in Room 211. This was possibly the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in!! It was in pristine condition, no yucky bathroom caulk, clean carpet, large lighted bathroom mirror. Congratulations to Kiyah for her housekeeping skills! The overall vibe was modern in color and style with a few minor flaws in wallpaper. There was a very generous area for suitcases with hanging hooks mounted above it and a small enclosed closet. Breakfast was good, two kinds of sausage and two types of eggs. Oh and upon entry to the lobby you could smell the freshly cleaned area and there was a very pleasant smell in the room as well. Highly recommend this hotel!!

Close enough! Stumbled on this place after a long drive from Wichita and a short visit with a school buddy in Ft. Worth. That means, with 81 years on the clock, I was exhausted. Simply said...friendly reception, big and clean room for a fair price. Too tired to search for a fine restaurant, I ordered fish and chips in the bar. “With a big glass of Sauvignon-blanc, please!” Well, it was on the bar’s menu, so why not? Attractive young lady served me up with a good Cabernet-Sauvignon. “Close enough,” I told her. Red, white? Who cares! But that’s not a complaint, of course, merely commenting on my being amused. Fine hotel and yes, next time I’m in the neighborhood, I’ll stop again. Yee Haw! GR

Clean and Neat Very nice and clean hotel. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, bathroom had thick fluffy towels. Convenient location. I would stay at this hotel again.
