Friendly staff, stained carpets This place was ok. Very friendly front desk staff, and generally all staff in the hotel. Breakfast buffet was ok. Pillows were awful and hard to sleep on, but bed and bedding was comfortable. Carpet in room had significant staining, and furniture in hotel lobby was dirty and stained. After 13 hours in the car sleep was my main priority and all other issues were incidental.

Don't stay here. We stayed the evening of March 9th as a stopover for a road trip. The check-in process was perhaps the most painful process I’ve experienced, ever. There was one front desk agent with a line of guests to check-in and each guest took an average of 20 minutes to complete the process. I was traveling with my family, and we picked this hotel because it clearly stated online at the time of booking that pets were allowed (this has since been changed on the official website). We also called before we booked just to confirm so we wouldn’t be in a situation where our family dog couldn’t stay with us. We were assured that this was allowed but would be subject to a $30 pet fee and $50 deposit, which was totally good with us. Upon arrival, the agent told us the dog was not allowed and wouldn’t back down until I pulled up the website showing that pets were allowed. She eventually allowed it after arguing with my dad and I for a few minutes. Then she started what would become a very painful 35-minute check-in process. She said the system wasn’t working, which I understand. Computer systems fail and customers need to understand that. However, that meant she couldn’t process my credit card for the deposit and pet fee. She then requested that we pay cash and assured us that we would get it back the next morning. We obliged because at this point it had been 40 minutes since we arrived, and we just wanted to get into the room. She gave us a handwritten receipt that we paid $50 cash and we just crossed our fingers. I should mention the entire time this bizarre interaction was occurring, there was another hotel employee sitting at one of the tables in the lobby staring at us like he was annoyed. Absolutely bizarre and an awful way to end our long travel day. We finally got into the room which had hair all over one of the beds and a sock sitting on the desk chair. The next morning, I witnessed an interaction that shouldn’t have surprised me based on our experience the previous evening, but I’ll share anyway. There was another family who went down to the lobby to get the complimentary breakfast which is (was) served from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM, or at least that was what was advertised on the website. A different hotel employee informed these guests that breakfast ended at 9:00 AM, and they couldn’t have any of the food that was out. The time was about 9:05 AM during this interaction. He then proceeded to argue with the guests when they asked why the end time stated 10:00 AM on the website and the keycard holder. He stated that the policy just changed two days ago but they told no one. Again, another bizarre interaction with the discourteous and impatient staff that run this hotel. I’m going to assume that there has been a recent change of franchise ownership here due to the large number of policies that have been recently changed. We checked out the next morning and got our $50 back and couldn’t get out of there fast enough. We will never stay here again, ever. And you shouldn’t either.

great stay I stayed at this hotel for a week and I have to say it was the good experience. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. thanks

Decent Hotel - Dirty Pool The hotel room itself seemed pretty clean, but the walls looked like they had some water damage. Don’t plan on being able to use the pool, it was extremely dirty. Overall, it was a decent hotel but not great. Would recommend for a night but not much longer.

Clean great hotel Clean. Nothing over the top but good for the price. The rooms are fairly large for a basic hotel. Breakfast comfort standards. We stayed there for one night. We will stop this location as We travel lot through
