We will be back I like to stay at Hampton Inns because I like their style. This hotel was a nice Hampton Inn. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Loved the breakfast choices and coffee was good. Staff was friendly at check in and at the breakfast one morning, stopping to chat with us about the area. Housekeeping texted me twice to make sure everything was going well! We enjoyed the pool and had it to ourselves both times we used it. The only thing I would say is that leaves had drifted into the pool and it seems no one was scooping them out, so my husband grabbed the net and did it himself and there were not a lot of pool towels available. Lots of good parking and location is convenient to area restaurants and shopping. I am glad we stayed!

Dark, dingy, and charged for a licensed service dog Aside from the fact the hotel was dark and dingy, the bed was uncomfortable and not up to the standard of this chain. The worst thing though, was the fact they charged me a "pet fee" for my registered service dog, despite the fact the dog was introduced as a service dog to the front desk staff. I have been trying for weeks to get a refund, so far to no avail. There is a Hilton Garden Inn nearby, it is a much more solid choice.

Cost and value I was very disappointed when we arrived to the hotel. The cost of the hotel does not match the value. The hotel rooms have mold around the window. The baseboards are extremely dirty and coming off of the wall.

Room Booked not available Booked 2 Queen. Arrived only King. Bed was full of sand and pull out couch was TERRIBLE. Should have called me when they realized their website allowed me to book a room that was not available. Bad Bad

Lovely and Kind Hotel The staff was superior, and they went above and beyond with kindness and care to be helpful!This was priceless! The room was lovely, clean and welcoming . The bed was comfy. They had many breakfast choices and it was yummy. Thank you so much for giving such a quality stay. _____❤️
