Mixed Reactions The room needs some work. Lots of missing paint problems, a rusted out toilet paper dispenser that no longer worked, and dirt in bathroom corners. One of our towels was actually threadbare and the others were meager. HOWEVER, the beds were heavenly. In fact, they were wonderful enough that we would probably return in spite of the shabbiness. We didnt see any cockroaches, something others reported.

Bring roach spray. From booking to leaving, the customer service was beyond amazing! If I could take the ladies at the front desk and move them to a cleaner, non-infested hotel, that would be my hotel for life! HOWEVER, the roaches were horrible! We told housekeeping and it didn't phase her. Bring a can of spray!

Beware Made reservations for 2 nights, had a death in the family and needed to cancel. Called and spoke to someone and were told it was cancelled. Got my bank statement and realized that we had been billed for a 1 night stay even though the lady claimed she cancelled the reservation. Called and spoke to a manager that claimed they were looking into this. 3 weeks later and I have heard nothing. Just beware, customer service...not good!

Filthy and unprofessional DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I stayed at this hotel for two night 7/21-7/23 I was in town for a funeral. As I checked I was told the hotel was under Renovations. I literally had to stay in a room down a dark hallway using only a flood light to see where I was going. The door at the end of the hallway was not secured at night, and was left open. The bathroom lighting was dark and dim, and there was an old stale sofa in the room. The floors weee first and will leave your feet black if you attempt to walk barefoot. There is no water pressure in the bathroom and is at almost a trickle and the parking lot is sketchy. Housekeeping snooping around your room, after stay only 1 night. There was absolutely no reason for a housekeeper to be in my room. Housekeepers are only supposed to go in your room if you’re staying more than three days. I received an email with my checkout receipt on the 23rd @11:39am On the 24th @7:28am I received another receipt from the hotel after they charged my card $200 for smoking/damages in the room. I literally walked myself out of the hotel every single time I decided to smoke. So smoking in the room with my debit card attached to it is something I would never do! They could literally see me on camera walking outside to smoke. If the hotel wanted to dispute me smoking in the room, they should have charged my card on the previous Receipt on the 23rd and not the next day on the 24th. Lastly, there was no signage about fees or smoking in the room on the 21st when I checked in, nor did I sign or initial anything saying I would not smoke in the room. I’m definitely not slow, so going outside was understood although no signage was there, then the morning of the 22nd the sign magically appeared (It’s all on camera). Yes, I’m a smoker, did I smoke in the room? No! and as a smoker I dislike rooms that smell like smoke! So now I have to leave an ugly but honest review about my stay and dispute this nonsense with my bank! The Hotel was basically empty, and it appears they need the extra money, to accommodate for people staying elsewhere, so they use these tactics!
