Free Jacuzzi, great hotel! Front desk was very nice and respectful, and they gave us a complimentary Jacuzzi suite! Everything in the room was clean and ready. This place was everything you want in a hotel and for a decent price. I would highly recommend this place to a friend.

Good service but needs maintenance Good enough hotel, but keep in mind that it is a bit dirty, with doors that jam up and things might look worn down but it wasn’t bad at all. The breakfast was from 6-10am but one of the employees always started closing the breakfast down at 9am that caused us a bit of a headache and didn’t want to argue but had to be said.

Nice stay The staff was very helpful and friendly! The room was clean and loved that there was an air conditioner. Breakfast was good with wide variety of. choices. Room needs some attention: ceiling needs repair looks like rot/ mildew or MD in ceiling in shower area. Doors need. to be sanded and repainted. Cleaning staff did an excellent job!

Very Accommodating The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was very tired and Libby allowed me to check in early so I could get some sleep. The room was comfortable. Unlike a lot of hotels I stay at, the shower actually had great water pressure. The breakfast was very good. I had to stay an extra day because my flight was canceled. The front desk allowed me to check out and check in without having to vacate the room. I think on my future trips to Albany, I will definitely stay here. Thank you

Great room set up, friendly and helpful staff, nice hot breakfast, comfortable beds! The room was set up very comfortable. Love the separation of the toilet and sink areas. Good hot breakfast! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The downstairs room was nice and quiet. Pool area was very clean. The location of the hotel was very close to everything.
