A good place to stay in Albuquerque Nice Holiday Inn in a good location. Had a two queen/sofa bed suite. The size was great. Microwave and refrigerator were good to have. Beds were comfortable. Maid service was a bit sketchy. The hotel is close to a major intersection so it can get a bit noisy but didn't really bother us. The front desk folks were very helpful. Anna was on duty when we checked in and she was extremely helpful.

It's decent, but been better Holiday Inns. We stopped here on our way through Albequerque to Colorado. It's a convenient location going east off the I-40. That said, we had a king accessible room, and it was clean. There was a small coffee maker, mini fridge, and a microwave. However, no comforts like tissues in the bathroom, a pen and pad, a safe, only stuck on the wall soap and cleanser, no extra pillows or blanket in the closet, and we had problems with the bathroom sink. Calling the front desk for maintenance ( after 6pm) we find out they have no maintenance in-house. The sink cannot be repaired until 9am or later next morning when maintenance comes in. This was extremely disappointing, as it was clogged and unusable. We were given an opportunity to switch rooms, but we had just settled in. These little things add up after traveling for 9 hours, and I can understand why this is rated only 2 stars. Disappointing for Holiday Inn, and a real surprise that there is no maintenance on site. We appreciated the site parking, which had good lighting and a fence around it. This IHG hotel tries, but the limited conveniencs, leaves alot to be desired. Good for an overnight, I'm not sure I would want to spend several days here.

Big sigh Sadly, not the great little spot it used to be. As with any hotel, it’s become used and worn over the years. Not sure a renovation will fix things. If you’re looking for an inexpensive and relatively convenient location, this might be for you. But the AC units are loud, and it’s not as clean and polished as it once was. Sad my favorite low cost spot has fallen off my list.

Nice hotel chain for road trip stops As usual this one was clean and good, nice breakfast options from bacon, waffles, pancakes, yogurts, boiled and scrambled eggs, pancakes , toast and baked items, fruits, cereals and oat meal etc. Location was not exactly in old Town, but old town was two blocks away if you don’t mimd walking in summer heat_. Friendly staff too.

Rude Desk Clerk but overall a Good Stay Our stay was very comfortable for our party of 4. I made our reservation calling the hotel itself! The front desk clerk was very cheerful both on the phone and in person welcoming us like family. The beds and couch were very satisfying after a long day of driving and sightseeing. The pool was not open due to the chemicals not being balanced. I sure would love to have a good soak in the hot tub. My only disappointment was in the night desk clerk. When we came in around 1030 pm we and other guests spoke to her(Tracy) and she just glared at us not speaking. I then had to return downstairs to get additional linens and she was still rude and did nothing basically but grunting at me! Don’t let her stop you from staying. It was very convenient getting to the hotel off the interstate.
