Great remodel This is a great place to stay by the airport. The hotel has been nicely updated. It is clean. The staff is wonderful. The restaurant menu is varied. My breakfast was excellent. Importantly, the shuttle to the airport is punctual! I highly recommend this hotel

Wonderful hotel! We actually booked this hotel by mistake, thinking it was the Holiday Inn Express near the airport. This hotel, also near the airport (even closer than the HIExpress but in a much quieter location), was a delightful surprise. It’s been recently renovated (some remodeling is still going on), and the updated rooms are quite lovely and unique, with thoughtful design elements. Unlike the HIExpress, breakfast costs extra, so we went to the Starbucks on nearby Gibson. The staff are very friendly and the room was spotless. We’ll definitely stay here whenever we’re in Albuquerque.

Great people! Had such a great stay! The staff is wonderful. Danni, especially was really great and let me hang out in the lobby for a while as my flight had been delayed. Also, Bailey was really great over the phone and at check in.

Why I stick with Holiday Inn Properties! Decent property with unbeatable location near airport. Under renovation, older. Almost regretted staying. Was about to call and switch IHG property. Danni turned it around and made it outstanding! She helped with an issue, addressed it directly with courtesy, and made me IHG proud! Even with other IHG properties in area, smart, responsive service makes the difference every time! Way to go!

A good night Very clean with a comfortable bed. Staff is very friendly and capable. Check in was very easy and quick. Location is great for the airport area. Did not have the breakfast because we had an early flight.
