Nice and Welcoming Hotel I was traveling north headed to DC. This was a convenient location, easy drive to DC the next morning. The hotel was GREAT! It's been remodeled, everything is clean and new. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and hospitable. The lady that manages the breakfast area was working hard to ensure everything was kept clean and fully replenished. I'll stay here again and would recommend to others.

LIES & TERRIBLE SERVICE Elaine at the front desk had no will to try to help me with my wifi issue.. apparently they don’t have the boosted wifi that the website prompted me to pay for and when i did purchase the better option (only $5 a day) i couldn’t connect any of me or my guys 6 DEVICES now at the end of the day we still have work to do on the internet and reporting back and conducting end of day reports.. i now am sittin in my car writing my review in the parking lot of the Candlewood suites using their wifi.. we travel A LOT for work and hampton/hilton is now off the list of where to stay.. i can’t believe how unwilling she was to try to even correct the situation.. gave me a managers card and said email her in the morning… pathetic customer service bad expierence.. booking another hotel for the next 2 night i can’t stay here

Great hotel, almost drowned at the water price. Arrived at hotel and was pleased at the reception. The gentleman at the counter was excellent. He was friendly, knowledgeable. Room was awesome. We went to our room and got settled in. My wife got thirsty so I went down to get her a soda and a bottle of water for me, I have to watch my A1C. When I pulled the soda out of the cooler it was priced $3.00, not too bad. However, I pulled the water out and almost passed out! It wasn’t even spring water it was Dasani purified water. I was a little taken back by that $9.00 price!!!

Top floor=Wonderfully quiet after long days in DC. Top floor nice and quiet after long days exploring DC. Breakfast was perfect to set us up for our active days. Parking was great and convenient. The only complaint our family had was that there wasn’t a smart tv…..could not access movies. Overall great and would stay again if return to the DC area.

Potentially a great hotel, but lacked comfort! We stayed a duration of three nights, second floor. The hotel was presentable & nicely decorated, appeared to be very clean, the staff was polite and the breakfast was very good. The improvements I would suggest is the hot water, it barely reached luke warm. Same for the pool, it felt cold and there's no phone/camera for emergencies (unless I missed it). Housekeeping did a great job, but the third day, they didn't show. Of course, I know it's not always the case, but Hilton code would not accept that. Perhaps more information could be provided to the rooms, to help the guests with services or to suggest local dining/activities to try? I would gladly return, if I knew the water issue had been addressed.
