A great stop on a road trip east - affordable, comfortable, welcoming. We had an excellent experience at this hotel. While the rooms are not that large, it makes up for that in terms of brightness, cleanliness, and comfort. Wide assortment of plugs to charge phones and other electronics. Very good breakfast offerings – pancakes, two different kinds of sausages (pork and turkey), two different kinds of eggs, even creamed chipped beef on biscuits, real bacon. Very pleasant and welcoming staff. An impressive business center with computers, printer. Even though it is relatively close to busy Route 22, the road noise was not that audible at night.

Pick a different hotel! I am very disappointed by this Holiday Inn Express. I needed to cancel my reservation, was told it shouldn't be a problem, and then was told I could get no portion of a refund. Better training is needed! Staff gave me the run-around and I had to call them many times to get a response!

We’d Definitely Stay Here Afain The hotel was very clean. Room was updated- bed and pillows comfy. Was a bit noisy, but we were next to the elevator ( and ice maker), which was great for us it wasn’t the hotels fault, just a few loud people. Breakfast was excellent , but lacked a waffle maker. Did have fresh pancakes though front desk staff was very nice, but maintenance man was rude to the ladies. I’d definitely stay here again!

Total dump 1. Lobby smells like weed. Hallways smell Like weed. Room…. You guessed it! Weed. I would only stay here if I got kicked out of every other hotel in the Lehigh valley. It’s embarrassing to the IHG brand the condition this hotel is in for only being a few years old.

Would not stay again Very noisy and not just because of people, poor sound insulation. Dirty room, found someone’s nicotine gum on the floor after room had supposedly been cleaned. Indoor heated pool was freezing, too cold for kids to use. Good location was only perk.
