Comfortable and clean. This is a lovely studio! A completely functional little kitchenette, comfortable bed, nice sofa and foot rest. Strong, hot shower, separate sink area. It had everything we needed, except for a luggage rack. We’d stay in one of these hotels again.

Noisy thin walls sleep was not good bed hard as a rock The update is like putting lipstick on a pig. If you are redoing a hotel redo it. In the kitchen they left old appliances and I get it if it is working no need to replace but the hotel doors are so thin wobbly they have about an 1-2 " of space at the bottom so they rattle any time someone walks by and you can hear everything. I thought we weeee being broken into all night long as you heard rattling. Updates bath mirror counter but old toilet that they painted the toilet seat and it is peeling. Toilet barely flushed. Carpets were not cleaned. The elevator was disgisting and dirty. I get it you aren't going to update but you can replace inside panels. I was awake all night. Above us they dropped a shoe and it woke us out of a dead sleep at 3 am. Sounded like elephants were above beside us. If you want a good nights sleep this is not it. While I am a light sleeper my husband is not. He was woken up all night long. Breakfast was all burnt - browned scrambled eggs worker was in her phone when I walked in. It was clean but sausage dried out anything made was forgotten about in the oven and all dark and burned.

Comfortable hotel, great location I would stay here again, but would ask for a quiet location. We moved to this hotel after an unpleasant experience with a different hotel chain. The front desk agent allowed us to check in early which was extremely helpful. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was amazing. So much space, and very clean! Well worth it after having to move. Huge bonus, Red Robin is a hop, skip and jump away. The food is decent so we ate there about 3 times. Breakfast at the hotel was also VERY good especially considering it is complimentary. This is a great value because we aren't breakfast people but always enjoy having fruit or scrambled eggs. The waffles were a real treat, and there was also fountain soda. The coffee station is 24 hours which was wonderful as well. Staff was very nice and super friendly. Location was great. There is a lot of shopping nearby, also close to Dorney Park and several caves we wanted to visit. The pool was sufficient. I chose this hotel because it has a seasonal outdoor pool - hard to find in PA. But during the summer, I prefer the outdoor pools at the hotels to enjoy the sunshine. The one drawback - there was a large family staying at the hotel over the weekend and they pretty much dominated the pool area and BBQ grills, blasting music and yelling/singing so loudly. We bought hot dogs from Omaha Steaks (there is so much good shopping in the area) with a plan to use the grills, but couldn't. They started a party at the pool area from early Friday and continued through Sunday. When we were checking out on Sunday, they were in the elevator with boxes of coronas headed to the pool at 11am. Friday night, they blasted music until 1am, so sleep was awful. My window overlooked the pool. Saturday night it was the same all day, I had to ask the front desk to help lower the music. This wasn't even a reserved party, this was just a very loud group. If this is normal for this hotel, it is likely not a place we'll ever be able to use or recommend.

Gas got siphoned from car in lot overnight Plenty nice hotel for overnight with family and dog; the people were nice; and breakfast was good, including some fresh fruit, good coffee, etc.. BUT all my gas got siphoned from my car while it was parked overnight in their lot. Lost half a tank. That was $40 worth of gas. And if I hadn't asked my wife "how's the gas" as we departed in the morning, we would have run out on the highway. Hotel needs better security.

Almost a 10 score Don't expect to use the "business center". 2 computers and a printer are all useless. No power to any nor did I even see a power cord. Thankfully the front desk employee kindly did a "work around the problem" and he was able to print what I needed. Besides, even if they had been working, they're poorly located in the breakfast seating area where there is no privacy. Other than that major issue I'd give it 10/10 for everything else. Cleanliness, staff, breakfast, location, ALL was impressive and I was pleased to have chosen this hotel.
