Nice Place to stay There's nothing really outstanding about this hotel, but it is a nice place to get a good night's sleep. The room was clean and comfortable, the AC was quiet and easy to adjust, but the hot tub has been disabled. I'd stay there again if in the area.

Clean room. Helpful staff. Front desk was very helpful. The breakfast was good. The parking lot could use some attention with paving and lighting. The hotel is behind a couple of businesses which makes it harder to find after dark. The room was clean and very comfortable.

Some issues Alliance is my hometown and I’m there several times a year. If an overnight stay is involved, the Comfort Inn has been my choice. It’s quiet. The bed is comfortable, There are decent towels and good water pressure in the bathroom. The breakfast is what you’d expect. But there are issues. The leg on the table in our room was damaged and the table would tilt so much, we were afraid the lamp would slide off. So while the room seemed clean, it sparked The Big Question: If housekeeping missed that, or failed to report it, what else was skipped? Bathroom lighting was poor and one small towel rack for two people was kind of silly. There are just a few outlets for chargers and other electronic devices. The parking lot was filled with potholes when I stayed at the hotel a few years ago. They’re still there. But props to the front desk clerk. Check in was pleasant and quick. And when I had difficulty unlocking our fourth-floor door, she noticed it on the hotel’s camera system and showed up to help. That’s good customer service. (And I did report the problem with the table.)

Adequate for a short stay My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights while my teenage son attended a nearby music camp. We called ahead when traffic had us running very late, to make sure that our room would not be given away. The nice lady at the front desk informed us that no-shows are processed starting around 2 am, and we would be okay as long as our arrival was before that time. Nice to know, for future reference. Our eventual check-in was handled quickly, with no issues. This hotel is in a bit of a strange location. It seems that it may be the only surviving site of what was once a large shopping mall. The parking lot is huge, but is in a bit of disrepair. In fact, the road leading from the highway to the parking lot is quite bumpy and pot-holed. There's vacant lots all around where the mall obviously once stood. The hotel itself was adequate for our 2 night stay. It was clean, and safe feeling. I did chuckle when, after signing a form at check-in that affirmed I would not smoke in the room, "including marijuana," we smelled a bit of the funny stuff coming from a room down the hall. The included breakfast was pretty standard. There is an indoor pool, which looked fine, but we did not sample it due to the shortness of our stay. All-in-all, I would rate this hotel as "average," in that it is exactly what one would expect for the Comfort Inn chain.
