Great customer service Excellent staff at the front desk friendly and welcoming! It’s nice to be greeted by smiling happy staff, the hot cookies were fantastic as well.Rooms were clean hotel kept very nicely, beautiful water features I completely recommend this hotel for Napa the price was excellent

This was the absolute worst experience in a "Hilton" branded hotel in my life. I've been a Hilton Honor member for 30 years so I asked my wife to find a "Hilton" branded hotel (I was driving) and she found this hotel. It was an absolute nightmare. We only needed the room for a few hours just to sleep, checked in at 10:30 pm and checked out at 8 am. We walked into the room and the temperature INSIDE the room was 102 degrees. The AC was turned off, so we turned it on and after a few hours the room became bearable, at least for the few hours we were going to be there. The refrigerator didn't work at all, the alarm clock cord was cut by scissors, or something similar, the TV remote did not work, probably just needed new batteries, the beds were rock hard and when you rolled over it felt like, and made noises like, it was about the break in half (no kidding). Also, the ice machine was inoperable. So we bought two sodas from the vending machine next to the ice machine and they were also room temperature. My wife and i just laughed at this point because we were so tired, and she said "Baby, were only here for 6 more hours so let's just hit the rack". We're both retired military and used to conditions like this in Iraq, Kuwait, Afghanistan etc... But never America! This was the absolute worst experience in a "Hilton" branded hotel in my life. When I checked out the guy at the counter asked if he could give us breakfast vouchers _. I told him we could have stayed at a much nicer hotel next door for half the price so he agreed to give us the room for a discounted rate, which was still much higher than the Fairfield Inn or Rooms2Suites (very nice hotel) which are adjacent to this hotel. In my 30+ years of traveling for my corporation I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay at the Home 2 Suites.....It's by far a superior hotel.

INHOSPITABLE AND DIRTY Overall not a pleasant stay from front desk Jason, room stunk, cobweb windows, SUPER TINY bathroom no room for two people! Just one person can sit down on the toilet and literally have to scoot over to shut the door! Restaurant waitress inhospitable with serving our food. Building exterior is grimy and hallway carpet and stairs are DIRTY! Do not recommend staying here!

Good Experiene! Would come again! I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The front desk receptionist Miss Aileen was very welcoming and nice. It was my first time checking in alone and she helped me enroll for Hilton Honors, and to get used to the hotel a little bit. My room was fairly clean and spacious which I liked. I have an issue with other hotel bathooms not having proper doors and locks, so I'm glad this hotel's bathroom made me feel comfortable with its privacy. I did expect a better view on the patio, but it was blocked by tall grasses and bushes. The other staff that I asked assistance with were also helpful. I had a good experience.

Great customer service Beautiful hotel for a getaway, hotel is lovely , clean and well maintained; staff are friendly and professional . Hotel restaurant food is great. special thank you to Dee at front desk for her excellent customer service. If you like to relax and enjoy your time this is a perfect spot.
