Average hotel that is on the older side Serviceable property; on the older side. Additionally, poor communication around construction that woke me up at 740 am after a long work day. Had I been told at check in that there was construction planned, I would have likely moved hotels.

Don’t stay here The outdoor locking key fob was not working, the garbage outside was overflowing, our room’s carpet was filthy, and the night desk clerk was snarky and rude.

Lack of staffing due to poor managerial oversight Over a 3 night stay, the room wasn't serviced once by the cleaning staff, fresh towels had to be requested. Front desk informed us that it was due to staffing shortages, which would be a lack of managment oversight. They are willing to charge full price, but not offer full service.

Bed bugs Got here and right away found a bed bug crawling on bed. Got ahold of hotel for refund and they said that upon inspection didn’t see anything which I have a hard time believing so they wouldn’t refund my stay. Complete joke!
