Worst hotel experience ever Place smelled like a wet dog. We informed them we were leaving and they charged us a night stay anyway. Tried for a month to contact the general manager who never returned a single message. Once I disputed the charge on my credit card they send a bunch of lies to the credit card company.

BEWARE OF SCAM! BEWARE!!!!!! MONEY SCAM!!!!!! DO NOT stay here! The elevator was out and no one offered to help us bring our luggage up the stairs. Viral Patel, the owner was VERY rude. He wanted to get a $250 CASH deposit from us before allowing us to check in. I questioned it and he said all guests had to do so. However, I talked to several guests who did NOT have to pay a cash deposit. He wanted to argue with me about the reason for asking for cash and insisted that it was common practice. We were paying for the room with a credit card. There was NO breakfast as advertised on their website. The coffee pot was dirty and mattresses uncomfortable. This is subpar to the Comfort Inns I have frequented. The walls are so thin, you could hear the person next door turn over in their creaking bed. Mr. Patel also owns the Holiday Inn down the street.

great nice clean quiet place to stay easy to get to from i-55 staff very nice and a good hot breakfast. room was clean and quiet beds were good near restaurants gas stations we would stay here again when we are in the area !!!

Overnight Stay I stayed in Amite for the night before I could check in to my Airbnb. Overall, the stay was nice. Staff were really friendly. They served continental breakfast which was nice. Located was near a Waffle House and a Daiquiri shop, which are in walking distance. The hotel needed some updates, but otherwise was clean.
