Eh, could be better While my stay at Econo Lodge had some positives, there were several aspects that left much to be desired. Upon check-in, I was disappointed to be told that they couldn't provide six towels for my three-day stay because they allegedly didn't have enough. This seemed like an odd and inconvenient policy for a hotel, especially considering the length of my stay. Another notable issue was the inconsistent cleanliness throughout the hotel. While some areas were adequately maintained, the halls in certain parts of the hotel had a noticeable unpleasant odor, reminiscent of a hamster cage. This was particularly off-putting and detracted from the overall comfort of the stay. Additionally, the amenities were fairly basic and the overall ambiance of the hotel felt somewhat outdated and in need of refurbishment. The room itself was functional but lacked the modern touches and attention to detail that are increasingly expected in today's competitive hotel market. Overall, while Econo Lodge provided a budget-friendly option for accommodation, the experience was marred by issues with towel availability and unpleasant odors in certain areas. These factors significantly impacted my enjoyment and comfort during my stay.

Great Stay Day one I had to step outside to confirm I was actually at an Econo lodge, first impression is that of a higher class hotel. Very clean lobby area, not the overwhelming fabuloso kind either. The hallways and the room followed suit, clean and tidy. I needed to stay for four weeks, and everyday was homey. Proprietor AJ was on premise daily, recognized guests by name and was greeted by guests and staff respectfully. Speaking of staff, Amanda at front desk and Xsally with room service (among all the rest of staff, sorry, but im bad with remembering names) are actually professional in their roles and guest satisfaction is a priority. I just want to say thank you for making my stay comfortable and relaxing, and I want the public to know that this place is one of the few where professionals can get together and feel good doing so.

Economy Sleeping The location was great with no other hotels in the area. The manager, maybe owner, worked hard to keep everything up for guests, especially at breakfast. His work is what earned the 4 rating. Our room was clean. Work was needed around the AC and in the shower around the shower head. All worked great, just cosmetic items. For us, where this failed, or earned the "Econ" name was in the breakfast. Biscuits and Gravy, waffles and some juice. Some muffins, cold cereal and bread for toast. No eggs, meat, fruit or anything health for that matter. If you are a diabetic or someone trying to watch what you eat, this isn't going to cut it. No restaurants close so dinner spots are 20-30 minutes away. Really a nice place for rest, but has its issues.

Never stay there. Very dishonest! Stayed there one night and when I called a few days later to ask when my security deposit would be returned to my debit card they said the room was left dirty so they were keeping it! not dirty! Just normal trash left! Never stay there!

We will return.....very clean, excellent service & gracious, helpful staff & Manager We arrived at 4am without a reservation & were greeted cheerfully and even assisted with my bags to 2nd floor. The staff was helpful; rooms were clean, breakfast was available. We had planned to stay a week but had to leave early due to a funeral back home, and the manager was extremely understanding and accommodating for our early departure. I noticed at breakfast the manager & staff spoke with everyone and it was obvious they were "repeat" customers as we will be also. It was a 13 mile drive v.s. where we intended to stay, but definitely worth the extra drive.
