Will be returning I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. We stay in the Nashville area for Vanderbilt appointments frequently and will plan to come back to this hotel. The room. Was clean, staff was extremely friendly and had no issues with our request for extra pillows and towels. The wonderful gentleman that checked us in even tried to accommodate my disabilities (this on fell on me for not calling ahead and replying on the 3rd party booking site to relay the information about my needs not the hotel). The beds were extremely comfortable, most hotel beds were have found to be very hard, but this was not the case. And the final selling point for our return, almost every hotel we have been to has very low to the ground toilets, which is extremely hard for me, but they had the higher toilets which made for our stay being better.

Ok at most if your staying for a night or so late Funky cigarette/chemical smell when you first walk in with little stains on walls, furniture is a little wobbley, bed is pretty comfortably, pillows have a lil yellowish tint to them. Never had a bad or dirty hotel experience until now I think

Good place for a night We arrived after a 9 hour flight and hassles picking up our rental car. All we wanted was a drink and sleep. Check in was quite smooth but the vending machines had run out. The girl on reception said the only place to get a drink was a supermarket where she wouldn't advise walking. The room was a basic motel room but clean with a very comfortable bed. We would also find out later on our trip that it was also the best shower. Great place to stay at the airport.

0/10 do not recommend Very nasty room roaches burn marks in sheets front desk very helpful but overall overwhelming with the look and smell of the room horrible experience I asked for refund and was denied I say stay away from this hotel unless you are desperate and a lot of ladies of the evening and people selling things you would not like to buy

watch your step I was in town for the Sam Smith concerts, and I prang my ankle going up the stairs, due to poor lighting. told the man at the front desk and he act like he didn't understand what I was saying through all that thick glass. :-/ save your money. and go somewhere nicer.
