More affordable High Point hotel In our last visit to High Point, we were seeking a hotel that meets my wife's cleanliness standards, but that is more affordable than hotels actually situated in High Point. (High Point hotels seems to be a higher priced market.) We also need an accessible room. And, on this trip, we needed a second room for additional family. Both rooms were clean and decent. My only complaint is that accessible rooms are located at the end pf the corridor farthest removed from the elevators. Guests with mobility issues face a long walk from the elevator. A strange design decision... Breakfast was decent and quite adequate. Sorry we weren't there on bacon day!

Black Mold - Stay away!! I am not one to complain but my room was a health hazard. We had BLACK MOLD on the ceilings surrounding an area where there was clearly water damage above my bed. Because the hotel was full for High Point furniture market they were booked could not move me us into another room. The sad part is they would not reimburse us to stay at another hotel that was safe. The front desk associate could do nothing about it and when she tried to reach out to the owner or GM, they basically said they didn’t care. We could leave, but we would not be reimbursed. This is really sad as it’s not just me being dissatisfied due to a dirty room, black mold is toxic and has long-term terrible health effects. We left and booked rooms at a different hotel. We had to eat the cost 2 rooms which was around 700.00 due to busy weekend and then spent more money for another room at different hotel…Stay away from this property!!!

Fine hotel, convenient location To state up front: Average is fine. Typical Comfort Inn. Though I randomly got the disability accessible room, which meant the closet bar, towel bars, etc were very low. (Also for an accessible room to only have a tub seems odd). Carpet in the main room, which is not my preference. Mini fridge. TV had a lot of channels. AC/heat was the standalone under the window type. It worked, but those are always a fight between comfort and noise. I think there was some type of breakfast, but i didn't try it. Gym was adequate. A few Cardio machines, free weights, weight machine. Right next to the indoor pool. Sufficient parking. Close to the highway, a couple fast food restaurants very close, along with a grocery store and others a bit farther down the street. Finally, what is with the tiny pillows? Bed pillows were all the size of throw pillows, which I have never seen in any hotel I've ever stayed in.

Quiet and nice staff My husband was traveling to DE. He was getting tired and I found this motel on the internet. The desk clerk was extremely accommodating. She gave me precise directions to relay to him. His room was clean and the motel was very quiet. Fortunately, he got a good nights rest. Breakfast was good. He had many items to choose from including his usual scrambled eggs, bacon, juice, hot tea, fruit. The staff was pleasant. He was very pleased and I would not hesitate to book this motel for him again.

Quick trip Not Terrible. The bed was comfortable but there weren’t any extra blankets or even a phone in the room. There were some obvious signs of little damage to the walls and parts of the bathroom. Towels were soft and the room was very dry. Breakfast was good and dining area was clean. Staff was very nice.
