Very good It’s friendly quiet place to stay ..if you need something you can ask at office and they will bring it right to it …rooms are nice and the air is cold in the room …I will always stay there when I am in Ardmore …they people at front desk are nice and always right there if u need something

HORRIBLE Worst place I’ve ever seen. Cockroach and insect invested. Called health department and filed complaint. Has happened more than 200 times. If you don’t believe me, check it out yourself. This place is a walking health hazard. Call health department and verify my claim

So gross, and mgmt does not care. If you like roches and filthy rooms, rent here. The nastiest place i have ever stayed. Cockroaches everywhere, broken doors, not clean, toilet filthy with cooked on urine. my 10 year old made a game killing the cockroaches. When i told mgmt about the issue they would not move me until the next day because they did not want to pay to have it cleaned, which is currently not clean. This place is a slum, yelling in the parking lot, fights, etc. I will be reporting this place to city of Ardmore safe housing and taking the time to follow up with them on this. no one should have to endure this. Lastly, its all because of onsite mgmt. This place used to be good, but in the last 5 years has degraded into slum lord and will not refund once they have your money. Mainly because you dont see the rooms first. so gross, please dont stay here, especially if you have children,

BEWARE! SLEEP IN YOUR CAR! OMG A HOUSE OF HORRORS. Incredibly NASTY place. INFESTED with ROACHES, bedding NOT changed, WIFI is slower than dial-up from the old days. I paid for a week and when I walked into the room, I was disgusted. I tried to get a refund and they refused. I tried to get them to switch me to a different room, but they refused stating they didn't want to have to clean the room again. What? It was filthy. I don't even think the sheets were changed. OMG what a nightmare. It needs to be burnt down just to make it safe to sleep in.

Terrible and infested with cockroaches I checked into this hotel at 1:40 am on 9/4/23 looking for a place to rest for a couple of hours on my 2000 journey home. Obviously I was tired and just wanted a bed sleep in so I chose an inexpensive place with vacancy on Labor Day. As I was walking to my room I noticed cockroaches in the hallway and when I opened the door to my room it looked abandoned and in disarray. The A/C unit was falling off the wall and I noticed more cockroaches. I immediately went back to the front desk and asked for a refund. I was not going to stay there however tired I may have been. The clerk offered a different room but I said no. She wouldn't refund my credit card and said she had to speak with the manager in the morning. I left the hotel and after a week of calling I was told I wouldn't be getting a refund. I have contacted my credit card company and they will be following up. I am writing this review to warn other travelers about this establishment.
