Best Customer Service The front desk help Allison and Stephanie are the best. They want to make sure that my husband is comfortable and happy on his business trips. I would recommend them to anyone. Make sure you ask for either one of them. You will not be disappointed with your stay. They take care of my husband, and he will be staying again when he is working in the area. They have the best customer service that I have encountered in a long time. Having someone that is making sure that you are comfortable when you work on the night shift and have to sleep all day.

I will return with no problem!!! The building is clean, and the front desk clerk was an angel. My room was cleaned and restocked each day I returned from my classes and it is extremely quiet. If you’re in Arkadelphia, this is the place to stay. I didn’t get to experience the breakfast, but I could smell it from my door when I opened it.

Been here twice, both times so nice! Our first trip here was in 2022, on our way to visit my family and we broke down in arkadelphia. We ended up needing to stay here 3-4 days and with our newly rescued puppy. The entire staff was super friendly back then and our experience was excellent. Fast forward two years to now and not only is our second stay here just as pleasant, we wanted to shout out the front desk, specifically Allison who made us feel like we were being welcomed home. Our puppy is two years older and wiser and even he recognized the hotel. He approves, giving five tails wags and two paws up. Would definitely recommend you stop by if you need a room in the area especially with a pet or family. The rooms are spacious, the tvs are crystal clear and the bathrooms very nice. There are all kinds of food options within walking distance (and driving) and if you need a recommendation the front desk will be happy to give you one!

A Comfortable Place for Travelers If you are in need of a true respite while traveling, you cannot go wrong with Baymont by Wyndham Caddo Valley/Arkadelphia. We were warmly greeted and had everything we needed for a restful night. The morning breakfast gave us the fuel we needed the next day to get home from a long trip.

Baymont in Caddo Valley Nice very clean hotel. Easy access from I30. Road noise is somewhat of an issue. Overall a good clean room with friendly staff.
