Very clean, COVID breakfast minimal This was a very serviceable and affordable option for our family to stay the night before our visit to Biltmore, and it is very conveniently located to the estate. Everything was very clean and well cared-for. Our only complaint was that there were not a lot of breakfast options, but that was largely due to COVID, and it has been true of most of the places we have stayed during this time.

Bikes stolen Our bicycles were stolen off our locked bike rack last night. We parked under the parking lot light. Someone used wire cutters to cut the 1/2 inch cable cord. And apparently was a truck or two people as we had two bikes. The hotel doesn’t have security cameras, what if I were held up or injured in the parking lot? The staff could not provide me with the owner name, only the name of the REIT that owns the hotel. Some help. They did call the police so I could file a report...

Nice Place SpringHill Suites Asheville did an outstanding job with cleanliness and COVID protocols. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was minimal. Room cleaning was at the option of the guest. A nice stay. Thank You.

Very Disappointing- No place to relax. First trip since Covid and our first trip to Asheville. Looking to get away and relax. Could not get comfortable in the room. Room does not flow well, the design all chopped up. HVAC blows on you in bed but it was either too cold or too hot when set at 72, maybe a bad thermostat. Couch was a fold out bed but the seating part was to deep to sit back. The only other place to sit was in uncomfortable desk chair. We could not relax in the room. Then to top it off the lobby / breakfast area was closed off with the lights off? No place to sit, relax, enjoy a cup of coffee. The pool was locked down so we could not sit down there either. Next door are 2 additional hotels, Hampton inn and Courtyard. Both had their lobby's and pools open. We ditched this hotel and went next door for the rest of our vacation.. Why pay full price for no amenities? I believe they do that so they don't have to sanitize those areas trying to save labor costs.

Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Convenient location. I do want to start of by give some praise to the front desk clerk, Rob. He made a wonderful first impression and was helpful throughout my stay. These things are typically overlooked and the man deserves it. My family and I stayed here for 3 night around Labor Day. The hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable. The shower was great and the water leaves you feeling clean (I am a shower snob). The COVID precautions were in effect and were expected and welcomed. I’m happy to see people able to work and support themselves. The breakfast was lackluster, but I understand the reasoning. COVID has thrown us all for a loop. But if were being frank, why eat hotel breakfast with so many delicious restaurants within minutes from the hotel? The hotel is off the main road and decently quiet. Which is a plus. I would totally stay here again.
