Professionalism of Rosa My daughter Yashica decided to go there for New Year Party with her Friends. I was stressed out about their lodging needs. Ms Rosa was so nice and helped us booked room for my daughter. I was not convinced to book room for my daughter at this location after reading reviews. As soon as I talk to Ms Rosa, I decided to book room. Rosa is asset for this hotel. We will stay at this hotel every time we will visit Athens.

THE MANAGER BLATANTLY LIED ON A PERSON WITH AUTISM THE MANAGER BLATANTLY LIED ON MY SISTER WHO IS A PERSON WITH AUTISM. I made reservations through Hotels.com. We arrived after 11 p.m. and had to wait over 30 minutes because the system was down. The front desk clerk said the system is down often. During the wait my sister urinated on herself. I told the front desk clerk. I didn't want a puddle to be there without telling an employee. The clerk looked disgusted. The system was finally back up and we were able to go to our room. I decided to check my card balance and I saw that an extra $150 have been charged to my account. I tried to call the front desk several times but she did not answer. The next morning the clerk had gotten off and returned. As my sister and I left the room I heard the clerk yell to the manager "Here she is!". The manager walked briskly pass me. Unbeknownst to me, he was going to investigate our room. Then after maybe 30 minutes he came back down to tell me I was not getting the extra $150 back. He said "Your sister urinated in the bed and there's urination all over the bathroom floor." THIS WAS A BLATANT LIE. He asked me if I wanted to go see it. I said no because I just left the room and I know what you're saying is not true. Both the manager and the front desk clerk created this lie against my sister because I was honest and told the clerk that my sister had urinated on herself in the lobby. There were coffee stains on the bed and water wet towels on the bathroom floor. It was obviously no urine on the bed or bathroom floor. After the manager pretended to call the police I actually called the police. One kind policeman told me there was nothing he could do. He told me I would need to call the corporate office. I called corporate and they returned the $150. A week or so later hotels.com asked for a review. I told Hotels.com that the manager blatantly lied on a person with autism. Within a day or two Comfort Inn on Atlanta Highway yet again charged me $150 in retaliation for the Hotels.com review. THE MANAGER IS AN UTTER AND DESPICABLE LIAR. WHAT TYPE OF HUMAN BEING LIES ON A NONVERBAL DISABLED PERSON? DEPLORABLE.

Worst Comfort Inn I’ve Been To I have stayed at more than 20 Comfort Inn properties as well as many other Choice properties and this was easily the worst. I have to believe it is on the verge of getting booted from the system or downgraded to an economy brand like EconoLodge. Bathroom was gross. Floors in public spaces were all dirty. Lights in hallways were flickering or burnt out. Pull out mattress had gigantic blood stains on it. It was really bad. So bad that we checked out early and changed hotels. My expectations for Choice properties is low and this one was far below expectations. Don’t stay here if you can avoid it.

Find somewhere ekse We understand that we are going to pay price gouging rates for a UGA game weekend, but we also expect that the hotel would up their game. Noisy, beat up community areas, weak coffee, and refusal of an hour later checkout for $500 per night means we will not return to this hotel. The only highlight was the lady who worked the late evening shift. She was very helpful, and I wish she had been on duty this morning. Instead we were greeted by blank looks and a no.

THIS IS NOT A SAFE HOTEL, THEY DONT CARE IF YOU HAVE COVID AND STAY WITH THEM!!!! Worst customer service!! Their lack of caring and trained administration was bad. I made a reservation, and 3 days out, I had to canceled because my family had covid and we were quarantine. I was charged on my credit card almost $400.00 for one night. Absolutely no follow-up or support from Comfort Inn and Staff. I tried calling at least 10 times and no return call. I emailed & called comfort Inn Choice Hotels, all they would say is call the hotel..who the hotel staff couldn't or wouldn't help me and said someone would call you back, and that never happened!! They don't care if you have covid or not, come stay with them!!
