Terrible Second time staying here. Second time with a terrible experience. Checked in online this morning and received confirmation of two queen beds for three people. After circling the parking lot for half an hour we finally got to the room. Only to see one king bed. I asked the front desk to switch but no other rooms were available. So I requested a cot and they want to charge me $50 a night! For something I already paid for. If I have to come back next year it will certainly not be at this hotel

Front Desk is the worse! If I could’ve given 0 stars for the customer service I would. Our stay was ok but it was the customer service at check out that put the mail in the coffin. On January 30, 2026 at approximately 10:15am we arrived at the Diamond line & waited to be serviced. When it was our turn we went up to the desk & were greeted by Erica with the nastiest attitude ever. There was no hello or anything, the only thing that came out of her mouth was and I quote “ I didn’t call you over, I’m not helping you, you’re not my in line. Keep in mind there were no other customers in line at the time & yes we were in the Diamond line but if there were no customers in line why couldn’t she check us out! So after going back & forth about why she couldn’t check us out another guest arrived in the line behind us. So she then dismissed us & took that guest instead. The total disregard and un professionalism was very disheartening. She could have explained to us in a better way or a with more positive attitude. If you don’t like your job helping people then maybe you should find another profession. We have been Diamond members for too long to be treated in such a negative way. Every year we always discuss if we should leave Caesars properties & go elsewhere. It’s evident that in the near future this will become a reality because it almost always a negative experience when we visit a Caesars property.

Worst experience ever… I stayed at Harrah’s Hotel Resort this weekend for a work conference. While the room on the 11th floor was clean and the staff were generally kind, this was by far the worst hotel experience of my life and I travel often. Guests on both sides of my room blasted music and screamed for hours. The noise started around 1:00 AM and escalated into yelling and fighting until at least 4:30AM. I called the front desk twice and security once and was told someone would check, but nothing changed. I even knocked on the wall myself out of frustration but they continued like nothing happened. Because of this, I barely slept and was so exhausted and upset that I had to leave my conference early, affecting my attendance. It’s unacceptable that this level of disturbance went unresolved, and it’s hard to believe no other complaints were received. I would never stay here again. (I’m trying to upload the videos that I took last night but they are not going thru in here).

1 star for service. Adel the manager gets zero stars for his zero consideration and courtesy on calling a guest back. Harrah’s Casino Hotel failed at the front desk. Front desk staff treated me with disrespect and zero consideration. The issue started with them and escalated because of them. No effort to help. No effort to listen. • Staff spoke to me in a dismissive tone. • I was made to feel humiliated at the counter in front of others. • Each interaction created new problems instead of solving the original one. • No ownership. No accountability. • Resolution was never reached. • The only option offered was on their terms, not a fair solution. You expect basic professionalism from a major casino hotel, especially during a conference stay. You expect support when problems arise. You receive resistance and attitude instead. This experience left me stressed and devastated during what should have been a straightforward stay. You should avoid this hotel if respectful service matters to you. Conference travelers deserve better.
