Great Customer Service From Erica Received the BEST customer service at the front desk from Erica. I’m not sure of her position but I strongly suggest she should be a manager it’ll keep every customer beyond satisfied just as I was.

Never again We called before booking and they said family pool is open. We reached and checked in and the family pool is closed. Paid something from the vending machine and the item did not come out. I am gonna get my refund. Waste of weekend and time to drive here. The front desk man was nice though, he gave us a room with nice view and extended our check out. Never again to come here with kids.

Rude staff and no car shown after voicing issue The location is good. But I was not pleased finding bugs in room. Unprofessional service after reporting to management, issued a credit that could not be used, no care shown.

Great Trip! Stayed for3 nights in the waterfront tower. Fantastic room and fantastic view. Bed was so comfy and loaded with lots of good pillows. Bathroom well stocked with towels. And everyone is so friendly. The food! La Strada is a must. Gaming great too. Stay there- won’t disappoint

Uncaring lip service Booked for a Saturday night to see a show at ceases. Big mistake. When we returned to our room at Harrah’s there was a party going on in the room next door. After several attempts through security to end the disturbance their party finally ended around 3 am. The guests in that room however kept banging on our front door and the room adjoining door until 5:30. During the whole ordeal the front desk refused to switch our room only offering an upgrade at a ridiculous price. Claiming no other rooms available I witnessed while at the front desk other guests being switched and several being upgraded at no charge. Also there was an issue at check in. The computers were down creating a check in line almost reaching the front door. Front desk staff and supervisors seemed to be trained in lip service rather than hospitality. Avoid at all costs
