Great Overnight Stay As expected from a Caesars property, Harrah’s Atlantic City delivered an excellent stay with friendly, attentive customer service from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless, and we found all of the facilities—including the casino floor—to be well-maintained and clean, which really added to the overall experience. We also enjoyed a fantastic meal at the sandwich shop—great coffee and delicious sandwiches that hit the spot. Kudos to the staff there! The only downside to our visit was Buddy’s, where the pizza and fries were a letdown. The pizza lacked flavor, and the fries seemed overcooked in old oil, which was disappointing compared to the otherwise high standards throughout the resort. Overall, a great stay with just one culinary miss. Atlantic City was fun for the one night, but looking forward to a longer stay in the future. Thank you, Tony Diaz

Coastal tower needs updating The bar/lounge areas were very enjoyable. However, bathrooms were not clean. Room carpet was stained, bathroom counter was rusty/moldy. The hallways did not appear to be vacuumed. I would not stay here again.

Annoyed Very disappointed! Both my nights of sleep were interrupted by noisy people in the room next to me. The second night called twice! Once for loud music and the second time because the couple was fighting. I called the second time at 2:45 am and they fought until 5:45am . Don’t know if security even came. Very disappointed!

A Big NOPE The hotel room was not clean I ended up wiping down tables the bathroom wall had a white substance on it I just felt icky staying the phone charger was dusty the floors have no carpet. Someone smoked weed the hallway then found out someone had a dog smh felt like the temu of hotels I wouldn't come back the restaurants are ok casinos ppl smoke alot would not recommend this place

The worst experience ever with a hotel/casino!! I put in a reservation for a king size bed / premium and ended up getting a 2 queen beds. In addition I was over charged for the stay that I didn’t originally asked. The customer service person gave me a problem and I was only left with one option. The whole purpose of the reservation is the room to be held not to be given away to someone else. The Caesar’s rewards person gave me an attitude while I was obtaining my card. I don’t see myself ever booking with Harrah’s or any affiliated Caesar’s hotel/casino again. No thank you. Problems with the room: 1. The carpets are dirty as if someone was rolling around the mud. 2. Whenever the heat kick on there is a loud bang sound which made it hard to sleep. 3. The chair and benches are extremely filthy. 4. The sink and shower has very little water pressure making washing your hands, face or showering challenging. Housekeeping is very loud and distracting especially when people have the room occupied sign on the door.
