Harrahs Front desk experience Thanksgiving 2025 Harrah’s Associate Neha does a fantastic job at Harrah’s Front Desk Got to the FRONT DESK (FD) and there, she welcomes me and family to Harrah’s, smiling and with a nice greeting. Identification and pulling the reservation was funny Makes that process human not a business thing. That is what you need after driving a couple of hours, in the rain, and delays. She converted the reservation into a great room, with a cool view to the ocean, close to the playing area and restaurants, and at the end a great memory! She knows a lot on that job and U see her peers asking questions smiling and getting answers for their customers. That is a big Hotel and had many choices and visitor categories and flavors of rooms. While waiting your turn, U see how she crossed smiles with her customers. When U finally arrive at Ur room. Voila! You Thanks Neha for the room and the view. No question, Neha is an asset to Harrah's

Horrible Don't keep the property up. Las Vegas is so much better. Trash was in the elevator. I was greeted with a smile and there was hair in the shower when I took my first shower.

Less than what I expected Decided to go to AC for Christmas eve because all the bars close early here. Got a room at an average price. When I checked in I requested a smoking room and they said the room I got was smoking except there were no ashtrays and the toilet was running (so much for sleeping)! Plus, when I got off the elevator, the hallway reeked of pot. To top it off, the bar that was advertised as open 24 hours was closed! Overall will I stay there again. I doubt it

Low class is the best that could be said Worst hotel experience in my life. Between business and travel I have been to hundreds of hotels and this has to be the worst one. First of all, the walls were paper thin. You could hear people having conversation level conversations in the next room. Not just hear their voices but the actual conversation. We could hear that person snoring in the middle of the night. The heater in the room was so loud and when it turned on in the middle of the middle it would inevitably wake you up. The whole place stunk of cigarette and weed smoke. Just walking through the hotel (because you were forced to walk through what felt like miles of a slot machines) your clothes would smell like you spent the night in a smoking bar. The smell of weed everywhere was nauseating. The layout was horrible so the walk from the self parking to the coastal tower was 20 minutes. Very inconvenient if you left the hotel daily as we did. So if you are planning a cigarette and weed smoking vacation where you have no plans on sleeping or leaving the building, I guess this would be your place.

CONCERN ABOUT STAFF BEHAVIOR The room was okay, but the bed frame was dirty and stuck out, causing me to trip over it multiple times, which felt unsafe. The window had a nice ocean view, though the room felt dim because of the window design. The AC was quite loud the first time we turned it on, though it became lil bit quieter and still sounded old. The hotel also uses very strong perfume throughout the property. if you’re sensitive or allergic to heavy fragrances, this may not be the place for you. The casino was okay and not very crowded, maybe that says something about not staying there. The biggest issue was a very distressing front desk experience. When my room key stopped working and I couldn’t reach my husband, who has a medical condition, the lobby staff Domingo refused to make me a room key because he said I was not the one who paid for the room, yet we were never informed that everyone staying in the room needed to be listed. What made this more frustrating is that he was the same staff member who checked us in. If this had been explained from the beginning, the entire situation could have been avoided. He showed little urgency and compassion and made me wait despite explaining the situation. Because of this experience, we chose not to extend our stay. Guest safety, clear communication, and empathy should be a priority.
