Wet.. Dripping ceilings caused me to get wet during my slot play. The smoking pods are too spread out. They could use some more of them. As large as this property spans, there should be some self-serve drinks available. Absolutely zero servers to be found during my entire day spent here. I did enjoy the layout, otherwise. Wins were few and far between mostly. Lost on quite a few machines (15 or so) prior to hitting a major jackpot, which secured more than what was spent.

Would not voluntarily stay here So disappointing. The bathroom had no Kleenex. There was no extra blanket in the room; I pulled the covers off the 2nd bed and added them to mine. Gordon Ramsey’s restaurant was closed both nights I was there. You can’t get gelato on Tuesdays—they pull the case in because “there aren’t enough customers”. You have to pay $31 to watch a movie in your room. There are no desk clerks at checkout time. There is a $22 “resort fee” tacked on to your room charge, even if you don’t use anything. The doorman on the early shift is rude.

Terrible Service and bad experience This was one of the worst and most unsafe hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room and hallway smelled strongly of smoke despite being listed as non-smoking, the room was dirty and several items were broken, and my pregnant wife and I were woken up by a man screaming graphic sexual remarks in the hallway. The front desk was unbelievably rude and treated me like a criminal the entire stay. Even entering the pool required metal detectors, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. To make matters worse, we were misled about billing and charged after being given a final folio. Completely unacceptable.

It’s been better Usually the service is excellent. However, this time we had no room service, fresh towels, restocked toiletries, trash removal or anything our entire stay. Only once could I track down someone to give wet towels to and then there were not enough clean towels for us to ask for. Chair in room was broken when I tried to work. Literally fell out of the chair. Was thankful for the one additional last minute night stay due to weather, however.

Disappointing Experience for Foreign Guests We had booked this hotel mainly to enjoy the pool, but we had to shorten our stay. The staff refused to let us access the pool because my 21-year-old son presented a French ID card. This was completely incomprehensible, especially since his age was perfectly clear. As a result, we were unable to use the resort amenities, which made our stay very disappointing. The manager was rude and unprofessional. For a hotel of this standing, we expected a much more respectful welcome. I do not recommend this establishment to foreign tourists, as their policy and attitude are not suitable for an international clientele.
