Always a great experience at Harrah's AC! Always a great experience here. The staff is always pleasant and very attentive. We stayed in the upper floors/Waterfront Tower and the rooms were ideal and all updated w/the right tech plugs, etc. Our only concern THIS trip was during our stay the elevators to our rooms did not require key access to run. That was a safety concern. Anyone could follow you back or watch when you were out of the room or see me coming back to our room late at night by myself. - it's not usually that lax.

| Disappointing stay — checked out after one night I booked a two-night stay at Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City, expecting the quality and cleanliness that comes with a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short. The room showed visible wear and poor maintenance: damaged furniture, peeling upholstery, and overall lack of attention to detail. Cleanliness was also an issue, and the condition of the room made me uncomfortable enough that I decided to check out after the first night instead of staying the full reservation. For a resort of this reputation and price point, this was extremely disappointing. A 4-star hotel should meet basic standards of cleanliness, upkeep, and guest comfort—none of which were met during my stay. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

Not recommend The room carpet and bathroom looks very dirty, the pool hours is very limited, the family pool is very small and crowded, the hotel looks very old fashioned, no renovation, limited number of restaurants, AC burger restaurant is very bad and expensive, I don’t recommend this place.

Play to be broke/ sleep well I always enjoy my stay here at the Harris hotel but I lose so much in the casino money with no winnings the games don't let you enjoy playing it just takes every 20 you put in. Giving you a hit for 69 to 100 dollars after you spent about 500.00 dollars

Horrible Don't keep the property up. Las Vegas is so much better. Trash was in the elevator. I was greeted with a smile and there was hair in the shower when I took my first shower.
