Horrible Horrible expierence no television entire stay. Requested room cleaning was not done so garbage piled up until the third day. Tried to call housekeeping and from desk was left on hold for two hours. Front desk was rude this morning when I explain to them my concerns .Additonally charge me for early arrival when I did not.

Short getaway Check in was Sunday at 4pm. I arrived after 5pm, I was told the room in the coastal tower that was booked for me for a 3night stay was not ready. I asked what time the room would be ready. The front desk receptionist said she didn't know. During check in, I requested to extend my stay from Wednesday to Thursday, a (4night stay) since this other tower I was being placed in was available. I was told my stay would be extended from 3 nights to 4 nights. Once in my room, I had to request for a new coffee pot. My room coffee pot was filled with nasty mold looking water. 2 days later I received a text stating my check out time was the next day and not 2days later as requested. Then I received another text, offering me a 1 night complimentary stay. The text stated I just had to text back Lucky. I did text back, only to be denied the offer. Went down to the front desk to require about my original 4 night stay. Was told by the check in desk, the 4th night stay was never put in their system. This ordeal was very disappointing and antagonizing. I was so displeased with the service I was rendered from this hotel stay.

She made us feel heard and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. You can tell she truly cares about the guest experience.
