Horrible stuffy rooms at the Coastal tower We stayed at the Coastal tower for a two day weekend for a cheer competition. The run down room was stuffy and smelly, no ventilation in the bathroom and open shower with no door caused all towels to stay wet overnight; bathroom floor was very slippery, but the stuffiness and stench absolutely killed it. A few electrical outlets were broken with no cover panel with sparks flying all over. Last year we stayed at the Bayview tower, it was perfect.

Treating Diamond Members like a Rock We’ve been coming to Harrah’s and Caesar’s in Atlantic city for 12 years. I have been loyal to them but have had several issues in 2025 which have fallen on deaf ears. I gambled enough and worked hard at it during 2025 to achieve Diamond Plus tier status thinking I would have an enhanced experience. Boy was I wrong. We traveled down and arrived at 3pm. Excited as I was to check in for the first time as a Diamond level member there was a line, so I spend 10 minutes using the express check in machine that told me to go wait on the line anyway. I get on the Diamond Guest Line, wait another 20 minutes just to be told that my Atrium Suite room was not available but they would be happy to downgrade me otherwise I would have to wait. I was further advised that because my reservation was “comped” that my reservation was not guaranteed and that paying guests receive preferential treatment. It does state this in the fine print somewhere which only validates that as a Diamond member you are not treated as well as a entry level tier guest. I explained to the front desk representative that I had several health issues and needed the space of the atrium room, that my medications were packed and that I needed my room asap, and that I had issues with my previous stays. They reiterated either wait indefinitely or take a room that was hundreds less than our suite room. They never called us to let us know our room was ready, I waited about 3.5 hours and then waited on the check in line again, and was finally given a room around 7:30, Mind you our check in time was at 4pm. The front desk wasn’t rude, but I wasn’t given accommodation and I identified that I had disabilities. Skip forward, and I’ll try to make this brief, room had zip lock bags on smoke detectors, when I removed them set off smoke alarms, so it was about 845 by the time we got the room to ourselves without flashing lights and alarms. Then during our 2 night 3 day stay asked a multiple times between AI and calling front desk, and room service and they did not come and take our garbage or dirty towels for the entire stay no matter how many times I complained. Our room had rotten food stacked 3ft tall by the time we left. We checked out a day early. Nobody cared about our experience. Diamond status is a joke, and so is Harrah’s. The dealers were nice, and so were the girls that bring the drinks around.

Worst slot machines Firstly,,When we go to a casino We don’t expect to win What we do expect is to have some Fun Enjoyment & Excitement While losing “SOME” money, not be bludgeoned & suffer blunt force trauma !I I arrived at Harrah’s AC Friday afternoon 2/27/2026 - February 27th around 3:30pm ,,, had a late lunch & then checked into hotel at 4:15.The first 3.5 - 4 hrs I lost about $360.Let me also state I played their slots at an average of about $2.50 per spin - certainly NOT $8.80 $12.50 or max per spin. The rate & frequency of loss I experienced the last 75 minutes was mathematically improbable losing some $1,040 in an hour & a quarter on 5 BOGUS FRAUDULENT DORMANT HIBERNATING ATTROCIOUS machines that returned 0% RTP (return to player) So I finished Friday 2/27 losing $1,400 with Harrah’s machines eliminating ALL fun Enjoyment Excitement that I mentioned we look for Not getting that horrible feeling in pit of our stomach . Casinos will attempt to say its RNG,,, RNG IS NOT 0% RTP.Harrah’s is listed as having a RTP of some 91%,,,, yet I somehow found FIVE of their machines that for me the RTP was 0% ,,… sadly , this is not the 1st time I experienced this at Harrah’s AC,,,I’ve also sat at one machine & lost this much experiencing 0% RTP getting up with nothing after putting in $1,000 again playing at about $2.50 per spin. Now if I did play at $8.80 $12.50 or Max per spin I could see losing money in such a short time at this IMPOSSIBLE nuclear warp like speed ,,,. Not at $2 & change per spin. If this is the industry norm now Better yet ,, If this is the Harrah’s norm I need to find a new hobby & leisure activities pronto / quickly . Oh & I almost forgot ! Here’s the ultimate slap in the face disrespect …. After dropping some $1,400 The next day,,Yesterday Saturday 2/28 ,,I check the kiosk & I did have “next day free slot play” from Harrah’s Of $10 dollars - Thats correct T E N dollars ! I lost another $186 at Harrahs yesterday 2/28 for a grand total _ $1,586 lost before taking a ride to Caesar’s AC last nite & had similar results losing another $650 I had a reservation for 2 NIGHTS Friday & Saturday nites 2/27 - 2/28 , was supposed to checkout today Sunday march 1st 3/1, yet I was so disgusted that by last night at 11:50PM I was exiting the Harrah’s parking garage - withto begin my nearly two hour drive home without staying / sleeping the 2ND night. I’ve played slots in Socal (Southern California) Las Vegas Mississippi Florida N Carolina Delaware Atlantic City Pennsylvania New York Connecticut Massachusetts & these at Harrah’s I played were equal _ to / if not the worst I’ve experienced in my 14.5 years of playing slots. They’ll try to tell me “over the lifecycle of our machines they have an RTP of 91% on average”,,, Bogus nonsense,,,, I JUST happened to find their deadest machines on the WORST downward cycle at Harrah’s NUMEROUS times - what are thee odds ? But at Harrahs it’s reality - SMH _‍♀️

Come on now dawg! As much as I appreciate the Harrah’s, my major complaint is the fact that I will always have hair in my bathroom. Never have I ever not had hair in my bathroom upon arrival smh. Love this casino hotel otherwise. Staff is friendly or in the least understanding. Wish food options were better, but it’s solid. Coastal tower is the lowest rated room for a reason. Dusty, yet offered comfort. Sheets we stained. Lighting was solid. Even though my account has detail request for a view, and I know it’s not guaranteed, but Yal had me facing a wall.
