Great hotel Very clean and nice hotel. I have stayed at two comparable price hotels in the area recently and this one is best by far in all regards. Breakfast was good quality with many selections. Staff was very nice and helpful. Only negative thing I can say is that they had no decaf coffee at breakfast.

OK property Conveniently located off I-85 Convenient location off I-85 right next to a gas station. Great hot breakfast with plenty to choose from. Thankful for the dark roast coffee option. House keeping could have been more on point. My bathroom smelled like mildew and the carpet didn’t look like it had been vacuumed. I would stay here again if I had no other options.

Below average for Hampton Inn We had to change our room immediately upon check-in when we discovered that the refrigerator in our room was out of service. They put us in an ADA-compliant room (which we didn't need). This has a roll-in shower with a too-small shower curtain, no place to put bar soap, and a nozzle that either required hand-holding or would spray horizontally, leaving lots of water on the floor however we tried to manage it. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the hotel was quiet, the housekeeping staff were friendly. Breakfast was notable for a lack of decaffeinated coffee and a so-so buffet -- fruit and oatmeal at 9:30 when the buffet closed at 10:00, and we did not see staff, unusual in our experience at a HAMPTON INN. This could easily be better.

Disappointed in Hilton… Poor customer care attitude exhibited during my 3-night visit! Cleaned the room but didn’t leave any towels even after taking the tip left in the room as we always do! No hot water at lobby coffee station on 2- nights. Had to go to front desk after calling about no towels in my room… Not a Hilton standard or expectation! Won’t stay at this property again and can’t recommend you stay here either! Other hotel options immediately adjacent to this property! Sad!

Good stay, wish the showers were hot The beds were great. The breakfast was good. The gym was small but good and it had a peloton bike. The hot breakfast was good. Lots of space for breakfast and hanging out in the lobby during the day. My only complaint was the showers were never hot...they were just warm. My kid was there for four days for a swim meet and he takes lots of showers. I reported this to the front desk on the second day of our trip. They said they would have a maintenance person look into but the temperature never got warmer. The sink'shot water was hotter than the hot water in the shower.
