Week-long business trip The hotel is undergoing remodeling. The floor on which I stayed was mostly done, except for ice and vending. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bed excellent. Housekeeping had a few glitches, such as not replacing towels one day, and not replacing toiletries another day. The front desk was helpful throughout. Breakfast was a full hot buffet breakfast. I would certainly stay here again.

Horrible customer service, tired hotel Not a 4 star experience at all. The "Irish pub" was a sterile bar that looked like it was under construction. The lobby had a powerful disinfectant smell that lingered after you left, you could practically taste it. The rooms are very tired and in need of upgrades (dirty curtains, dirty seating chair and carpet), there was hair in the shower before we used it. The A/C never cooled us down to 68F, it was muggy in the room. To top it all off, I was mid-shower when the power went off. Turns out it was a "power test" that we were not notified of. They claimed the elevator would still work (we could hear it going up and down) but since our floor had no power it did not know to stop at our floor. I had to go down the stairs to drop off some of my bags, then try to get in the elevator and get to floor 5 so I could pick up my 82 year old mother and our heavy suitcases to get back down. When I went to check us out I asked the guy at the desk if there is anything we could do since the power went out mid shower and he said "I didn't even know about it either. " Nice customer service. They couldn't check us out since no power. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT.

Worst crowne plaza visit ever. the pool is under construction and the gym is closed. it was filthy in there every-time i wanted to go to the stairs i had to walk through that mess. the food place is so slow to bring out food. There was a hole in the shower curtain and a rip in my sheet. And only one elevator works.

Worst hotel experience ever!! This was the single worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Reserved ADA accessible room for mother in law. No such room existed. Staff was rude and unhelpful. We were there for nephews wedding. Almost late due to issues. My wife told staff we would check out upon returning from wedding. My wife received call from “manager” demanding we return and remove our clothes or else he would. Long story short I returned, gathered belongings. “Manager” was rude, bullying, and completely unqualified to serve in customer service role. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Weekend getaway ____ Only one elevator working. O’Malleys kitchen was closed and had limited beer choices. Hair was on the bathroom floor, not mine _. Carpet was dirty and full of stains. Front desk was nice…the only good thing about staying here. Asked for a shuttle to pine knob and was given an individuals name and number who was trying to charge $300 round trip.. wasn’t even a business!!!
