Clean & family friendly Stayed here before our flight out of Austin. There was a $50 deposit upon arrival. Stayed with my young daughter and it was nice to see other families around the board room and pool, but the room was very clean and quiet. Lots of snack options to buy near front desk and restaurant attached outside by the pool for eating. Gas station was next door (in the same lot) to get more items/snacks.

It's OK Not too far from DT with free parking and Wi-Fi. Guests find creative ways to smoke anything in the room. They try to remove the smell, but sometime cigar tips are left on the tiny balcony. Network issues caused a little bit of delay to check in because they don't know how to operate without internet. It is next to the freeway but didn't get too noisy.

Agent didn't listen and booked. No refund. Additional money taken from the card Agent didn't listen to me and booked the room for same day. I couldn't get there same day. They didn't return my money. Instead charged me another 50 dollar. Worst experience ever.

Good We had a relaxing stay here at the Ramada south We were very pleased with the service here at the hotel. Was very convenient to have a restaurant here in the hotel. We were able to purchase beverages at the front desk. There also is a gas station right next door.

False Advertising We booked a room for four adults for 2 QUEEN beds. When we got there, there was a 50.00 deposit not included in my booking cost, and the room had two double beds. When we inquired at the desk, the staff said they didn’t have queen beds on site—only doubles and king. They are misrepresenting their property. Also, TV didn’t work. Wall of bathroom had not been cleaned.
