Very comfortable and nice hotel Very nice hotel for both short and long visit. Rooms were big enough and clean as well as public areas. Parking lot a bit small, but sufficient. Good restaurant for dinner, didn't try breakfast. Bad Rothenfelde is a relatively small city, so everything was within walking distance. Wireless internet connection available but required a temporary ticket which was valid limited time only and one ticket was valid for one device only. Would have rated this hotel excellent, but dropped one point for annoying internet connection policy.

Very poor room Ok the hotel is a old historical building, but no reason to place a shower cabinet next to the bed.
The bed was very very soft. Half of the bulbs not working.
The receptionist during check in was in a bad mood. She has mot given any information about rates,breakfast or even where the room is....

Friendly place I have never been to Bad Rothenfelde before and was pleased to discover that the Hotel was central with plenty of parking spaces. The staff were very professional and friendly, Our room was at the back overlooking the garden so it was quiet but since the town appears to be full of folk with Zimmer frames recovering from hip and knee ops. etc., I am sure the front rooms were just as quiet. Breakfast was a Buffet that included srambled eggs and bacon. There were plenty of rooms to dine in so our small party had one to ourselves to enjoy. I did order the dish advertised as Turkey meat with Indian spicy sauce and it came with 2 banana fritters ! !. The Chef should try a decent curry sometime. The swimming pool was excellent and there was a sauna just outside in the garden.
