Just passing through I booked a room via Booking.com about 3 hours before our arrival. There was some type of communication issue between the website and the hotel. When we arrived they had us booked for a King room instead of a Suite. That would’ve been fine if there weren’t 6 of us. However, Elizabeth took great care of us despite the fact it was Midnight. She went above and beyond to make sure we had clean accommodations. This is a nice hotel just off the highway and was a perfect stopping point on our way to Florida.

No thanks Agree with the hotel not being clean & AC moist feeling & smelled musty. It was barely just ok, moldy bathroom & the smell of lavender to cover it all up . My biggest issue was the breakfast . States that breakfast until 9:30 For this HI express. Went down at 9:10 & the lady said they have to ration the food for the week & there were no eggs. Just a bagel & fake sausage. She said she stopped cooking at 9:15 so she could be done by 9:30. Ok why? What? For real ? So basically she didn’t want work past 9:30 .. I asked for a manager & the front desk said there are no managers on the weekend there. So if there are problems ummm too bad. Don’t stay there .. went there last year & was much better. They made sure with football fans staying that no nonsense would be tolerated . Not this year … On top of that they charge double during football season . I paid $200 a night for a dump. Never will stay again & I am a platinum elite . I guess I’ll have go to Thomasville .

Find another hotel to stay at Was in Bainbridge for a night for work so decided to give Holiday Inn a try… My main issue was cleanliness of room, things just look haphazardly cleaned (see photos), the air felt unusually moist in the room which led to all towels being damp, floors felt like they had some type of slippery residue and on top of all that there was a ROACH crawling across the desk in the morning, needless to say I jetted out well before checkout time

Bassmaster Tournament Bassmaster Tournament.. had room for 2 nights and was a very nice stay…room was clean and in order and complimentary breakfast was good..lots of breakfast choices…would definitely stay again ! Restaurants are within walking distance and a few choices to choose from. Front desk was very nice and helpful!

Under Remodel But EXTREMELY Nice Emplyees This hotel is quite a mess because it's going through a remodel but they're making visible progress each day. The extremely nice employees at the front desk(Showda and General Manager Chelsey ) more than make up for the mess. I stayed there 4 nights. The hotel is fortunate to have such friendly helpful employees.
