Great, clean hotel Great clean hotel in Bartlett. Was there for business. Housekeeping was excellent, and we appreciated that the hotel has some of its fixtures and furniture updated. Great staff at breakfast. got a to go bag for breakfast upon check out which was appreciated. My only gripe was that they had a Peloton machine in the gym, but it was out of order while I was there. My first choice on that side of Memphis.

Get there early if you want to park! Otherside a good hotel. Hampton Inn is my “ go to” hotel for clean rooms, good beds, and a free breakfast that has solid hot and cold options. This hotel hit all of those points. While a couple of minutes from I-40, finding it was easy. The location was back from the main road a few hundred deet, which helped with the noise level. Everything was clean and well maintained. Everything worked properly, and there were plenty of outlets, both electrical and USB. There was a small negative with one pair of USB outlets not being liked by my phone. I do not know if that was the phone or the outlets, though. The one thing that I did not like was lack of parking. They appear to have about half the spaces that they should. That cost them two stars in my review because it was such a serious problem.

Highly Disappointing Hotel is gross and trashy. Actual room is dark and has mildew smell and decor is damaged and outdated. Shower has no water pressure whatsoever. Beds are extremely cheap and uncomfortable. Definitely would never stay here again. Way overpriced. Pictures online are deceiving but biggest issue was the lack of cleanliness.

Do Not Recommend I was looking for a safe place to stay in the Memphis area while on the road, and this was recommended to me. My husband and I came in very late. The girl at the front desk chatted on the phone on few more minutes before turning to us. She wasn't very friendly and didn't offer us the water we usually get at Hampton Inns. Maybe not a big deal but the tap water wasn't great so I'd have appreciated the bottles. Anyway, I got about 4 hours of sleep on a lumpy mattress that was interrupted by patrons from a poolhall or bar next door yelling, laughing, arguing, and whooping at various times in the parking lot. A security SUV putted around the property all night, which is good. The curtains were thin enough that his flashing lights let me know he was nearby. The hotel was not well kept up. It did seem that housekeeping was making an effort, but there's only so much you can do when the property itself is old and tired. Common areas seemed clean. I later read through reviews more carefully and found that car break-ins are pretty regular things at this location. So it doesn't have a lot going for it. We grabbed a coffee and some yogurt on our way out. The lady at the front desk in the morning was much friendlier. However, for almost $200, this hotel was very disappointing.

WARNING-Hotel makes fun of disabled and up charges a fee and wrongly accuses. When I called this morning before I had to contact Hilton due to the rudeness from the front, the lady initially stated the charge that I received for $250.00—— was due to a pet fee. She said she had checked me in (which was a lie, a nice gentleman did and he handed me the keys). She went on to make fun of my husband on the phone because of his disabilities from being a firefighter (Medically retired) and having the animal. We advised the lady that it was a government protected animal and we had documentation. So then when I mentioned we had proof of our animal being protected she said that it was a charge due to smoking as well. When the lady from Hilton contacted the hotel, the hotel said that it was an error and it should have been smoking fee. Like wow! So now the lady at the hotel is trying to cover herself from being sued due to making fun of my husband with his disabilities and for having the animal. Neither of us smoke and especially inside by our kids. My husband has a medical marijuana card and he does gummies and smokes sparingly but never inside. I’m sure they can see that on the outside cameras. Why was he outside multiple times when it was cold if he was smoking inside as they accuse us of doing? Ridiculous. I have been in customer service my entire life and have never seen anything like this. We have never had this issue at any other hotel we have stayed at which we stay at them almost weekly due to travel baseball for our son. I’m a Christian and am appalled that we are being treated this way.
