Great stay! Stay here every year because it’s a great stay. Breakfast is always spot on and the staff are absolutely wonderful!! It has been remodeled about 3 years ago and very clean. Plenty of parking for folks that pull trailers. Nice restaurants nearby.

Not a repeat Room clean. Noise level unacceptable. Persons staying in adjacent rooms could be clearly heard in my room clearing their throats, coughing, etc. The noise from the adjacent road went on all day and all night. This hotel has paper thin glass windows. The noise from the air conditioner was terrible. The noise from the bath room was very loud. 15 minutes after check in I tried to get a different room but the front desk refused, claimed no other rooms were available. This is not a place to stay for a good night sleep or to catch up with the office work. I chose this hotel for the proximity to my clients, my colleagues advised to stay in Lakeland, only 20 minutes away, I will be staying in Lakeland my next trip to this area.

Loud Kids and no elevator Hotel was clean and offered a free breakfast. Must of had a sports team in and the kids were running up and down hallways all night screaming. Also elevator was out forcing everyone to carry luggage up and down multiple floors. Rate was fine and check in was easy.

Terrible My wife and I stayed there from April 4th until April 6th. because we were in town on a business trip. We checked out at around 5:45 AM on April 6th. When I got home in New York I received a text from my credit card company saying the hotel charged me an extra $11. I called them up to ask what the $11 was for, the front desk guy told me it was for a damaged towel and a missing towel, the most ridiculous excuse I have ever heard. I paid 423 dollars for 2 nights stay and you think I can't afford to buy a freaking towel, and how do you know the dirty towel with the stain came from the room I was in, did you wash it right after I left? This the first time a hotel charges its guess for a dirty towel. Do no stay at this hotel. Breakfast was lousy and then they look for excuses to steal your money

Sorry, but there are bedbugs! Just a huge warning that I contracted bedbugs at this hotel exactly one week ago in room 206. It took 3 days for the bites to show up. It's the only place I had been (business trip) for weeks. I have never had bedbugs in my home or my life before this. Imagine one of your worst nightmares come true. I have over 50 bites. They are now in my home. We have spent days and hundreds of dollars trying to deal with this. I called the hotel and spoke to the manager. She said she'd check out the situation and call me back. She did not. I called again the next day and she said, "we didn't really find anything." And then when I sounded upset ("is that a yes or a no to finding evidence of bedbugs in that room?"). She also said, "in the history of our hotel, we've never had one single case of bedbugs." Really? Unfortunately, I did not check the bed and mattress, headboard, etc. for the pests like I usually do, because this is something I have always feared. I never put my bag on the floor. But it happened. And now we are miserable. The last thing the manager said was, "What is it you want from me?" Just beware, future guests, and check the beds!
