What a coincidence... Great Experience when really needed... On a trip east on I-10 we made an impromptu stop at the Holiday Inn Express in Baton Rouge. It had been a long drive and we were tired. The staff making the reservation said they had one room left, thinking this was a ploy to get a Booking, we took it. On arrival we found that the Hotel was hosting a State Firefighters Conference....and that was the last room available. As a retired Fire Chief after serving 38 years as a public servant in Texas....it was a nice venue to just be among fellow firefighters in Louisiana. What a coincidence and great experience. We made the stop again on our return trip. No firefighters but a great stay with a great conversation with Kiana at the Bar. The brief visit with Kiana was a nice way to decompress after a long drive. We thank the staff for taking good care of us and our fur family that was traveling with us. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, names I remember, Kiana, Jaden (sp) and Natalie. (7/25 and 7/30). Thanks for two nice experiences when really needed.....

One Of The Newest Hotels In BR! One of the newer hotels I have stayed in BR. Very comfortable bed with a ceiling fan above it. Walk-in shower that was just wonderful to have. Room came with a full-free hot breakfast and the onsite restaurant was great to have after a long drive. Will return.

Holiday Inn saves the night! We stayed in Baton Rouge overnight for business last night. Another hotel chain did not meet our accommodations as promised. We had to find a place to stay after being on the road for hours at 12 am. We immediately thought about Hoilday Inn in our time of distress. The location on Constitution in Bation Rouge had the most incredible response to our needs last night.  Night shift staff on duty, Kameron, was there to greet us with a smile. He welcomed us in the middle of the night. Claim us down and get us ready for a comfortable night of lodging. I would say the hotel is very neat, clean, and updated. It was a much better experience than the hotel down the road, which failed to meet its obligations. Thank you to Kameron for your excellent customer care and saving the night.

Great stay, zero complaints! I had a great time at this hotel, it was a lifesaver after a rough stay at a different hotel. Kiana made sure my friends and I were completely taken care of, she checked us in quickly and easily, and we had nothing else to worry about once we arrived at this hotel. The room was clean, smelled great, the beds were the correct size as advertised, sheets were spotless, everything was well stocked. When I made the front desk aware the fridge was not cooling, they arrived within 30 minutes and quickly switched it out. Everyone I encountered was friendly. The entire stay was overall very pleasant.

BETTER THAN EXPECTED We are from Texas and our first time here. We called for a room and Sai answered the phone. He was very kind and accommodating. When we arrived Bryonna was at the desk. She was amazing. Bryonna was very friendly and professional and what a wonderful smile. The hotel is clean and the room was nice. Great location. The next morning I got to meet Sai. He was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The housekeeper’s were very kind and friendly. I talked to Blanca (General Manager). Most of the time in our travels the general Manager is out of sight and not very personable. Not here. Ms. Blanca was the complete opposite. Ms Blanca was very pleasant and friendly. I can see why the staff is as good as they are. She sets the pace. Thank you. I highly surest to stay here. We will be back. Not just for business but for pleasure as well.
