Bed was so comfy, didn't want to get up! The main reason I'm leaving a review is to rave about the comfort of the bed! I'm the princess who always feels the pea, and this bed offered the best sleep we had on a week-and-a-half road trip. It was the perfect combo of soft yet supportive. The bed linens weren't anything fancy, but were also very comfortable. The person who checked us in on May 26 was incredibly helpful, as was the person coordinating the breakfast the next day. The desk clerk put us in a quieter part of the hotel per our request, and we weren't bothered by any noise. This hotel is older and has some signs of age like uneven hallway floors. However, our room and the hotel overall were very clean. The location was an excellent stopping point on our way down from the UP, swinging around Lake Huron. This experience exceeded our expectations for a modest hotel. My only quibble is that the pet fee of $50 seemed a bit steep for one night, but the base rate for the room was a good value and we left very satisfied with our selection.

Great place to stay Very clean; quiet location,yet close to shopping, good breakfast selections; All staff were fantastic---friendly, courteous; very helpful in all respects'; Coffee in lobby 24-7. Beautiful indoor pool. More than ample parking. Easy to get to many other places to sight see from. My only complaint was I had trouble using the tv remote to get channels to sty on once I went to a channel. Maybe it was just me not knowing how to use the remote.

Great customer service We stayed 4 days and the customer service was amazing. The hotel was very clean and close to a lot of restaurants and stores. It's directly across from Walmart, which you can walk to. The rooms have a refrigerator and microwave. They stated you must request for housekeeping daily, which I did but they didn't come. I had to look out for them in the morning to request fresh towels etc. The breakfast was decent eggs, sausages,muffins, cereal, bagels, and beverages. The pool was too cold I just put my feet in. It does stay open late and honestly it was pretty empty during the week. My wife and I was the only ones there, so I listened to my music and had some wine. Overall great vibes, great customer service, and perfect location.

Amazing Customer Service and staff My husband and I visited the Quality Inn after a day trip to Frankenmuth for a quick honeymoon gets-away. We were so pleased with our stay. The front desk staff was fantastic. Had us cracking up and made check in very smooth. Room was updated and our bed was very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was very good. My husband I were impressed especially not knowing what to expect due to our current circumstances. We enjoyed our stay so very much. I accidentally left my electric tooth brush in the room. Housekeeping put it aside and I was able to locate it with the amazing help of the front desk. Then the hotel manager, Stephanie, went to the post office and sent it to me. Are you kidding???? That kind of service is unheard of these days. They went above and beyond. Very impressed with the hotel and all the staff at Quality Inn in Bay City. We will definitely be returning. Price was very reasonable as well! If you are looking to stay in the area, stay here. They are wonderful!

Great Hotel We were impressed by the cleanliness of this hotel, and by the incredibly helpful & friendly staff. The beds & pillows were very comfortable and the hotel was nice & quiet. The breakfast was very good, too. We would highly recommend this place to anyone. We will certainly be back too! Our kids are already wanting to go back too, as Todd, the employee at the front desk the night we were there, really took the time to make my 6 yr old feel important too. He's a definite asset to this establishment & we appreciate all of his helpfulness & his welcoming personality. It's the people who make the establishment as great as it is.
