Great place to stay! The staff was super friendly and helpful from the time we walked in! The entrance is clean and inviting. We were given curtesy waters at check in which is always so nice. Our room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was huge with a large glass shower loaded with quality soaps and comfy towels. After a great night's sleep in super comfy, clean and warm bed I had a killer workout in their state of the art gym that comes equipped with dumbells, cable machine as a a Peleton bike and treadmills. After my workout I chilled out in the pool for a moment. The water was warm and clean with not too much chlorine. I had a free breakfast before I left of eggs, toast and cereal. They also had oatmeal, coffee, juice, donuts, a waffle maker and countless other things. The hotel is conveniently located right near the highway. I will definitely stay here again.

Ok, but did not meet expectations We booked this hotel based upon its #1 rating in Beckley, and while it was ok, it did not meet expectations. The property is in need of renovation, both the rooms and the common areas. Disappointed, particularly for what we paid per night to stay.

Great Staff but in need of Renovation The Hampton is in a great location right off I-64 with many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. This is an older property that has been maintained with the exterior of the building recently painted. You can tell an effort is being made here. That being said, the room had a comfortable feeling to it and all the furniture was in excellent condition but the bathroom was the worst of any Hampton we have stayed in. The grout had black coming through in many areas and the vanities had the veneer coming up on the bottom and needs a renovation. The public areas like the lobby and hallways feel very dated and in need of renovation. The halls had many marks as well as the doors to the room. Overall a great staff but I wish we would have stayed at the Hilton Tru across the road.

Happy with stay This Hampton has been recently renovated, other than the shower/tub. It was as clean as most. The only downside was that the air conditioner ran most of the night and never really cooled the room. We had the thermostat down to 67, and still only needed a sheet. This was on an 80 degree day in June. Would stay again, but bite the bullet an move immediately if I ran into another hot room. My mistake in not doing that in the first place.

Should be upgraded for disabled from the above mentioned . C kecked into the Disable Room, 105, May 31, 2024. The door was very difficult to open ! Even pressing the button for 5 secs. ! Walkin shower tiles looked dirty. No pegs to hang clothes in bathroom. Space to move in the Queen size bedroom was not easy ! There was a odor in the room.
