We had a family wedding at the Bedford Village Inn which required two nights stay at a premuim price. Many of us came from different areas and required a local, reasonably priced hotel close to the venue. Danielle Deloid, Sales Manager provided excellent service while we made 5-6 room reservations and when their was a minor issue with the water, she took care of us. The staff were all happy to be working and servicing the customers. The breakfast was well presented and plentiful. The all day coffee and tea was hot and fresh and there was a good meeting place for us to meet. Thank you to Danielle and staff. We had a nice time staying with you. Excellent outstanding stay I stayed at this hotel because I traveled here to play golf with a friend. After having a few stress, stressful months, this hotel provided me with complete relaxation. The pool was wonderful. The temperature was perfect and very relaxing. The beds were comfortable was every time I turned around there was a staff member that was Very friendly Happy to help as I am work in hospitality myself my standards are pretty high, but this hotel exceeded all my expectations. Next time I come Back to the area for another golf game with one of my friends will definitely stay at this Hampton Inn. Thank you, Hampton for Giving me the most relaxing weekend I Had in months.

Great place to stay and breakfast was great I will give this hotel a solid 4 stars. It was very clean and staff were great too! Breakfast was a plus that they had. Was just right. Bed was good! The best of all was the cookies they had at night for the guests! The only bad thing was the doors slamming all time from guest rooms but that’s kinda everywhere. Thanks for the great stay!

Find another Hampton Inn to stay at in Manchester, there are plenty I have stayed here multiple times HOPING that they have turned things around because it was the most convenient location for my business needs. Unfortunately 3 strikes and you are out. Here are a list of concerns as a Hilton Honors gold member, I expect a certain level ease of use, none of which is provided at this location. For example, you cannot digitally check in or out with the ap. I assume this is because they haven't updated their locks and solely rely on keycards. The problem with that is that they are never magnetized correctly. Also, the elevators are extremely slow, it takes a minimum of 5 minutes for an elevator to come when called. I get it if the place was busy and there were a lot of people coming and going, but this is at off hours mid-week. But honestly the worst part of the entire stay was the free breakfast. The eggs were uneatable, the other option was biscuits and gravy which tasted like it came out of a package (which it did) but then had a bag of salt added to it unnecessarily. The coffee was burnt and there was no real cream options. The fruit was slimy, the oatmeal was undercooked and watery. The pastries were stale and the toaster didn't toast. If this was a one off incident I wouldn't even mention it, but I have stayed here multiple times and each one has become progressively worse.

Friendly and Committed Front Desk Personnel Front Desk lady Destiny is very helpful, friendly and remembers her guests. Always provide welcome pack to returning hotel guest and greets people with a smile and attend to your needs. Also mindful and respectful to guests.
