Good value for money The room was spacious, and there were microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker provided. We also liked that they have a lot of power outlet provided. The internet is good too. Checking in and out was easy too It is a tad more expensive compared to the other motels, and sells a bit old.

Don't use the Bend Value Inn. No value for your money! Try to buy good ratings with 5$ cash back! Fraud!!! It takes a lot for me to write a really bad review, but the Bend Value Inn made me to. The lady (assume Indian) at the reception was very unfriendly and short. The room was ok clean, but the bed, furniture and the whole room was run down. Yes...I know "you get what you pay for"...but for 150.00$ I do expect a bit more. The thing that really made me write this, was a note on the inside of the room saying "Earn $5 of you stay" if you write a positive review on Expedia, hotels.com, booking.com or google, yelp, tripadvisor. I my opinion this is fraud and against anything a rating should be. To make the owner learn that they CAN'T buy a good rating, make sure you do NOT book this motel or if you do leave a rating that is true and honest.

Run! If I could give minus stars or 0 stars to this place I totally would. This place is horrible. The walls are so thin... we could hear conversations in the next room over like like they were in our room. We had the unfortunate experience of being placed in Room 8. In Room 7 is a couple who apparently live there and they fought and screamed all night. I mean ALL NIGHT! They were still screaming at each other in the morning. The three of us in our room got no sleep whatsoever. In fact, the fight got so bad someone must’ve thrown something through a window because they had to replace the kitchen window in the morning. 8 am Sunday morning, a guy with a Sawzall came to cut out and replace the window. So loud! No respect for the other guests! So we got packed and as we checked out, I demanded our money back but was rudely told “we can’t do that.” There are other motels in Bend. Don’t stay at the Value Inn, which is no value at a

Poor management I slept fine but the managers are rude unprofessional they don't speak English and they imply that you will be loud just because you are in your 20s. Avoid this place like the plague. Burn this place down

Avoid. Terrible. We booked online, via Trip Advisor, which oddly gives this a passable review. It was late (11PM), so you had to ring the doorbell to get in. And ring. And ring. Finally I tried calling. While the phone was ringing, I saw one of the proprietors walk into the office, glance at me, and glance away. So I knocked on the door - she stared and didn't move. Finally she decided to let me in. She was rude and acted as if checking me in was an absolute chore. The room was a dump. Bed was ancient and uncomfortable. Water pressure was non-existent. The shower knob fell off. Oh, and on top of it all, they solicit good reviews by offering $5 for a 5-star review. This place flat out sucks.
