Not good Rooms were not very clean, i had dirty washclothes left in the bathtub as I checked in. Housekeeping refused to service my room, i was there for 4 nights. There is also cockroaches…. The front desk is lovely though! Every clerk was nice. The cleanliness is the problem

Worst experience ever. Worst place ever. One of my mornings I left room to get my clothws washed downstairs and as I am grabbing my keycard, I spy a large bug scurrying across the cooking burners. Shocked me, to say the least and I left forgetting my keycard on the counter in the room. Asked housekeeping to let me in the room. (She just witnessed me leaving the room) She says she cannot due to security reasons...ok...I'll buy that. Go downstairs to front desk and they want $5.00 to let me back in the room. I did not lose the key, only left it in my room. But they still want $5.00. Wasn't about security because they never checked to see if I should get access to the room. They just wanted the $5.00. Spend the extra money and do not stay here. Go somewhere else.

It may be less expensive but Spend your money somewhere else! Run run as fast as you can!! Not bad for a one night stay but buyers beware, you may have some unwanted creepy crawler guests staying with you. Make sure you don’t mention those unwanted guests the hotel may charge you extra for them. The hotel is dirty but then again the staff looks like they just rolled in off the street, no uniforms, no name tags, no customer service, not customer friendly, and management is the problem she’s too busy with just sitting around all the time to actually manage her staff. Hotel staff is too busy monitoring the drug deals and keeping themselves happy with the weed they smoke in the back stairwell or outside either entrance. The hotels description claims to have a complete work area, just one minor issue there are no chairs in the room nor the hotel. I guess what they offer and what you get are 2 totally different things. I guess if I was high or drunk at work I could come up with several different stories as to why there are none available. The tune, toilet and sink in the bathroom were disgustingly dirty. I would have asked the staff or management to clean but did it myself, since they were the ones who supposedly cleaned the room prior to me checking in. I guess you get what you get for the price of the hotel. But your safety is not worth it. If I were you I would book a room somewhere else. The best western plus down the road is great and comparable prices. It may be locally convenient but the unwanted cockroaches of guests is not a welcome convenience, especially if they get into your luggage and you take them home with you. Think twice and search the area for something else before booking here. Other posted reviews are spot on with the poor quality and lack of friendly customer support and service. Melissa was the diamond in the ruff. She is friendly, provides professional customer support and care, and is always willing to help you out with anything. Truly a gem. The other staff members and management should take a page from her book, they would learn a lot.

A quality place to stay From the location to the ease of access to the accommodations, everything about this extended stay was a cut above the rest, enough to make me leave a review to show my appreciation In fact, I’d like to show some special acknowledgements for the employees there. Housekeeping was timely, kind, efficient and respectful. The manager, Ms. Kim was thoroughly understanding and handled any questions I had alongside giving me some expert dinner advice in the area. As a final mention, Alechia was our front desk attendant and the smile she brought to my children’s faces was likely the most special part of it all. She was patient, calm and paid special attention to detail to ensure we were getting a good price and got a good price and a good room for the kids.
