Fabulous stay! Just want to give big kuddoes to Amy! She was so helpful and kind. Went out of her way without being asked . She’s a keeper Promote her! Made us feel so welcome. Have us warm cookies upon arrival. Also have great instructing on the Crystal Bridges American Art Museum. Awesome experience

Poor customer relations Although the room itself (executive king) was nice, the front desk and management, along with Hilton customer relations, ruined it with their unfriendly, grabby attitude towards us as guests in their hotel. We booked an executive king which came with certain amenities at the restaurant, bar, including breakfast, but when we checked out (I had to ask to see a printed bill- they clearly didn’t want me to see it) there was a charge for breakfast! Apparently, I had forgotten to register for 2 people when making the room reservation (it’s a tiny entry) so they surreptitiously charged us (over $16.00) for an additional breakfast, this despite the fact that, when we walked into the breakfast area, the attendant said “breakfast comes with your room- you’re all set”- never mentioning anything about one vs two people. To top it off, we just shared some eggs and toast- that was it. So for $16, they are willing to alienate a Hilton Honors member. So be it. I’m done with Hilton.

Friendly and welcoming, with tasty food and great service. Hotel felt fresh, and staff was friendly and helpful. After a day of driving, and with it being chilly outside, we were happy to learn that the restaurant and lounge had dinner service. We chose the lounge and sat at the bar, chatting with the delightful bartender. After an expertly mixed-to-order Old Fashioned, I ordered the salmon, done rare. It was delivered perfectly cooked, with a delicious side of sweet potato fries (dusted with cinnamon). It's nice to stay at a hotel that offers good food; this is one.

More of a business hotel. Good hotel. Getting old but was clean and properly staffed from what I could tell. They honored the diamond member f&b credit for my wife and I. Didn’t care for the archaic thermostat that wouldn’t run the fan consistently. Not alot of place for the kids to run around a bit if you need to let them out of the room to dissipate some energy. Other than that no complains.

Always good! As good of a stay as always, this hotel is one of the best of the area. A great location and always clean, highly recommend the Doubletree! It will never disappoint and the staff is always friendly. Located downtown close to everywhere you want to be.
