Mictrotel - Bentonville Wonderful hotel. Everything was great! Check In/Out was easy, room was very clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good. Had numerous options to choose from. Internet was easy to access for work and available tv channels gave you lots of options when in the room. Would stay here again if in the area.

Under renovation Room was very musty, floors were disgusting and front desk girl lied to me about the new rooms, I asked for one of the new rooms and she told me there were no double beds but as I was walking down the hall, I saw housekeeping cleaning a new room with double beds. I went back to her and asked if I could wait for housekeeping to finish for that room and again she said there were no new rooms with double beds. I then told her the room number and that I saw the double beds. She seemed very aggravated and told me that room had a broken sink, I asked if it worked and she said yes then she said I would have to pay more. We only needed the room for sleep and the beds and bathroom were clean enough so we just stayed in the room we were in.

Pathetic Extremely small rooms. No refrigerator or microwave in room. And now I can't connect to the wifi for about an hour. So I'm having to use my personal Hotspot to connect to internet. This is absolutely pathetic. Will be recommending to my employer to never book in one of these hotels again for anyone.

Nice but with flaws We stayed in the newly renovated room and it was very clean but the mini fridge and the lamp took all the plugs on one side of the bed so there wasn’t a place to charge your phone without unplugging the lamp. The mini fridge was really loud and sounded like a fountain all night. The room has an overwhelming smell of cleaner that didn’t go away. That being said the beds weren’t bad and the staff was very nice. It’s not terrible just an average hotel that worked for what we needed at the time.

Travel Great overall stay, the breakfast was good, the staff were very friendly and helpful.location was perfect for us, the bed wasn’t the best for us but over all a great stay. Check in and out was very easy and love the idea of having necessities you may need to buy in hotel.
