Our stay at the Extended Stay America! I dealt with Stacey when we checked in. She was such a helpful person with our check in and stay. We will come back here if we have to visit or stay for awhile. We appreciate her and we have enjoyed our stay so far. The staff was very pleasant. Thanks

Overall good, but sometimes have come into some issues. But a super clean hotel, and good accommodation. First and second shift always makes sure I’m taken care of, love Stacy and Roman, the house keeping always makes a point to check and make sure I’m set up. My only complaint comes with the third shift staff that works some nights, I believe their name is Sam, I’ve found him sleeping twice and have had other guests mention it to me. He’s also had attitude with me several times when I’ve walked up to the desk. But everyone else is amazing and super helpful.

Working or Leisure a great place to stay The Bethlehem location is terrific! The staff are friendly and always willing to help with any issue. I like having the full refrigerator, stove and sink. Everything is clean and well maintained. William at reception is whoot even when I drink the last of the coffee!

Convenient Stacey is always a breath of fresh air! Sweet, helpful and professional. The older gentleman as well, but overall convenient place to stay. We sold our home and had to wait a few weeks before moving into our apartment. Mini kitchen came in handy but take note the breakfast is grab n go not continental buffet
