Basic This is a pretty basic hotel. It has all of the things you need (decent sized room, comfortable beds, tv, wifi, parking, fridge, market with various snacks and sundries) with few extras. Check in and out was very easy. Room was mostly clean (other than the tub). Sheets were soft. Foam pillows were sturdy. Mattress was the perfect balance between plush and firm. 3rd floor near the elevator was very quiet. Towels left a bit to be desired: paper thin, scratchy and threads hanging from them. Toiletries were Dove brand, which was fine… except that the conditioner dispenser shot it directly into my eye. All in all, not 4-star, but perfectly fine.

Not recommended To begin we waited 20 minutes at the desk upon arrival to have anyone come to the desk. we tried calling the hotel but no one answered. The room was okay however the shower was disgusting. There were stains on the tub floor, stains on the shower walls and the shower curtain smelled of mold. To top it off at 1:30 there was an unannounced fireworks display in the parking lot that woke us up. For what we paid for the room we would expect more. It got less. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

Infested with ants and not to clean Just dirty all around, trash sat pilled up and falling out of the trash can for 3 days, rooms are not very clean, room smelled like wet dog and to top it off the room was infested with ants. Will not be staying at this location for any future visits

Awesome staff The staff were friendly and professional. Yet the bed linen was dirty. There were ants in the fitness center. Breakfast was descent. The manager compensated me for the inconveniences. Many hotels don't care if your satisfied with your stay or not. Yet, this hotel did.

Needs an overhaul I chose this location due to its proximity to the airport. I checked in late when the front desk agent was about to change shifts. I was thanked for my Diamond Ambassador loyalty and was given a handicapped suite. I was not offered any water and there were no bottles of water in the room. The room was dated and needs an overhaul. I do not recommend the room I was given, Room 223. The room was right over the entrance and all night there was noise from people entering and leaving the hotel with large parties parking at the front to unload or load. The hallways were noisy, the mattress was super soft, the noise from the refrigerator right next to the bed, and the ventilation system (the kind that goes on and off with a big thud when it reaches desired temperature) along with no blackout curtains made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Needless to say, I was super disappointed as the point of staying in a hotel is to get proper rest.
