Very spacious rooms, good breakfast options, ample car parking, and good service by the staff. Had a wonderful stay at this hotel, where the spacious room provided plenty of comfort and relaxation. The breakfast options were diverse and satisfying, and the ample free car parking made my stay hassle-free. The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff enhancing the overall experience.

Overall a decent stay Overall this was a comfortable stay. The pool was small but nice. The hot breakfast was pretty good. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The only thing was the unprofessional man working in the front desk. He seems uninterested in dealing with customers. I also had to call to find out some info, and no one was picking up the phone and when some did pick up, he kept on hanging up. Overall if they can improve on the professionalism of the front desk, it would make the experience much better

Very disappointed Room feature… refrigerator. But not if you have handicap room. ADA violation? Unpleasant front desk. Shabby room…ripped wallpaper, peeling paint and stained uncomfortable couch. We stay in Holiday Inn Express when we travel…worse one ever.

Terrible eco friendly perfume used There was a strong perfume smell in the room. I tried opening a window, turning on the a/c for air circulation. It didn’t help. I got a headache. I packed up and asked for a refund. Attendant was rude. Refund was refused. I had been in the room less than 4 hours.

Not as described The room are clean and bed very comfy. Breakfast was edible but minimal. The hotel states there is a bar, gift shop, tennis courts.....it has NONE OF THESE. It has a gym and small indoor pool. Apart from a taco shop, doughnut shop and an Italian type cafe, there is nothing within walking distance. We ordered a cab from uber and was quoted 7dollars, but after 45 mins wait it hadn't arrived and cost had gone up to 30 dollars. DONT come here without a car. Tried all day to hire one with none apparently being available anywhere in the region, and when we did eventually get through after 4 of us googling for 3 hours for hire for following day it was extortionate fee. Approx £750 for a week. Its a nice area once you have transport, but based on an industrial type estate so make sure its what you want beforehand.
