Great Family Spot in Montana Book through the Big Sky Website! Our condo had a huge upstairs for the kids--a full bed, day bed, trundle, and sleeper sofa. The kids had their own smart TV, wifi, and bathroom. We had a queen size bedroom, sleeper sofa, smart TV, fireplace, kitchen, dining, bath, and balcony downstairs. There is a laundry facility onsite. You have access to the Huntley pool, hot tubs, sauna, fitness room, restaurants, and base camp is within walking distance. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We do NOT recommend, Find other lodging if you can Don’t Recommend Stillwater Condo It was nice to be within walking distance of the slopes but that was the only good thing about this particular condo unit. We were there during spring break so the price was outrageous for this accommodation. The unit was obviously dated which would have been fine if it was clean. There was dust covering lamps, window shades, Tv and tv stand, the windows inside and out were filthy. The living area had no window coverings at all. The couch in the living room was literally falling apart, the end piece would tip over if you sat wrong in it. The end table was horribly scratched and the veneer cracking. The carpet was old and dirty. The Kitchen was ok, it was nice to have and it had a newish dishwasher, too bad that we tried for 3 days to get Dishwasher soap for it. We called twice and finally had to go to the main lodge to see about getting any. The kitchen pans were unusable due to the peeling Teflon coating and warped pan bottoms. The utensils were just OK except for the knives, too dull to cut anything but maybe a banana. The fridge was dirty on the inside and it ran loud. There was enough plates, cups and glasses for our needs. The bathroom was barely cleanish, the shower curtain slimy on the inside and gross. The bathroom towel ring fell off the wall on our first day since it was loose and screwed into plaster board. If the bathroom would have been properly cleaned this would have been discovered before we got there. When the unit downstairs from us turned on their bathroom fan we were able to get a half way decent foot massage out of the vibrations. The towel bar was damaged and barely on the wall with a huge dent in the middle. The shower head was awful, just awful. The water pressure was minimal, it felt like that episode on Seinfeld (Low Flow) We did have enough towels and toilet paper though. The bedrooms were ok. The closet seemed to be the cleanest spot in the unit. The blinds and windows were covered in dust. The mattresses were so uncomfortable and hard. The bed coverings old and see-through. It was impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Luckily the night parking lot lights shining through the window all night long helped keep me awake. (Good times). Too bad that there wasn't decent window coverings to block out the light. There is no way that this unit was professionally cleaned before our arrival. If it was, they need to find new professional cleaners. Oddly the front door lock was a simple key and twist lock that could have easily been broken into. That left us feeling a bit unsecured. Parking could be better organized. It was nice that parking was provided, if you could find a spot. Without designated unit parking people were taking up 2 spaces to park and forcing us to find parking far away from the unit. I found it disconcerting that Reviews for these units from as far back as 2013 all say the same thing and nothing has changed for 9 years. Some units seem to be better than others but some, like the one we stayed in, should be an embarrassment for a Resort like Big Sky. It is apparent that cleaning and updating the units that seem to be constantly dirty and outdated is not a priority for Big Sky Resort. Big Sky should have minimum requirements of cleanliness and usability for the units that they are representing. It looks bad on the Resort when units are in such disrepair and dirty. We were very disappointed in our experience this time at Big Sky Resort When you are spending almost $900 a night for accommodations there should be a level of excellence/expectations that should surpass a broken-down motel 6. This unit 1052 did not pass that test. Find other accommodations if you can.

Don't Recommend I am not a big complainer, and I would be rating this place regardless of good or bad. I have to say that I am more disappointed with Stillwater than I am happy. The unit we are in is in desperate need of several things: updated furniture- the couch is so old and soft you are on the floor. The tables are worn and stained. The throw pillows need to be tossed. The kitchen, while the appliances are newish, it doesn't hide the fact that the cookware is old and needs replacement, the tea kettle is broken and there are not enough plates, etc for this unit. The bathrooms have had new showers installed however, the floors have not. The cleanliness of this unit I would rate a 1 out of 5. The floors in bathrooms and kitchen are filthy, the rugs need cleaning. I am actually shocked that with Covid, that this place was so dirty. I had to wipe down tables and counters upon arriving due to crumbs, drink rings and food splatter. Big Sky concierge did address a few items when we arrived-no dish towels, door light out....We have been to Big Sky at least a dozen times. We are Loyalty Club Members...I am embarrassed for Big Sky. I don't recommend this place to stay.

Winter Vacation! We stayed in the Stillwater Condos last week. The location is excellent. The unit could use some updating. The furniture, cabinets and carpet all could use an update. The staff was wonderful and easy to work with. The toilet was leaking which we let the property know. I don't really have anything negative to add other than updating.

Needs upgrading We stayed in a one bedroom loft with a great location and very close to Mountain Village. We are avid skiers so weren't home most days, but the unit is in need of significant upgrades including carpet, furniture, beds and kitchen supplies. The gas fireplace does not seem to be working properly either. The staff at Huntley were very helpful and accommodating and it was nice to have the lodge as another option for laundry, hot tub, etc. Again great location, but the interior does not seem to compare to some of the other developments.
