Stay here if you want to be disrespected by housekeeper Telephone in the room wasn't working. The houseman knocked on our door at 10:40 to ask if we were going to check out or stay over, which he acknowledged that it wasn't check out time yet but he needed to know. I told him we woke up late and was trying to call the front desk to see if we could get an extra 30 minutes to check out and he stated that he didn't have anything to do with that (Rude). At exactly 11 a very unprofessional housekeeper name Crystal knocked on the door to say it's pass check out time and demanded we exit the room within 5 minutes or I wouldn't get my deposit back. We exited the room semi-dressed to be met by other guest leaving & fussing about how rude the same housekeeper was to them and they would never stay again. I told Crystal that she had very poor customer service and she said, "that's how we like it around here". I made a complaint to the front desk and the clerk apologized, which I appreciated it but the apology should have came from Crystal. I told the clerk I was trying to call the front desk with my cell phone when I got up to request a late check out but it said all circuits are busy. She told me the phone lines were down all morning. (SMH) I will NEVER stay here again!

photo gallery needs a reality check .. With six years of writing reviews, this is the first time I have competing thoughts as to happy experiences and not so happy realities going on at the same time during a stay a few weeks ago. I will make this brief .. Office staff attentive, bed very comfortable, beach access practically outside your door and Keesler AFB within a 5 minute drive, out from the back of the motel property, "NICE". Here is where the photos on-line DO NOT really reflect what you see or experience on site. Property is somewhat older and could use a deep clean, but I don't own the place to say this is possible ( ROOMS SLIGHTLY LESS SHINY/NEW? THAN PHOTOS INDICATE ). There is no BREAKFAST and you will be told this during check in, even though you may have already paid for that option during your booking ( SO IGNORE THE DINING ROOM/BREAKFAST NOOK PICTURES ). And most frustrating .. does staff/maintenance check a room before guest arrive, to make sure the plumbing/showers/drain work .. I had already unpacked for a three day stay and did not come back to my room till late the first night .. so, I "MacGyvered" my way out of not getting clean and brought the issues up at check out :P

Wow... Perfect for what I needed Clean, quiet, comfortable. Easy check-in. Truck parking. Several restaurants nearby. The rooms are older but reasonably well kept. A/C worked very well. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Excellent cell phone signal. I would not hesitate to stay again. 5 stars.

Great Experience We stopped here for the night and were very pleased. This is close to everything we needed to do. Right across the road from the gulf. We had a room in the back as it didnt matter to us as we strolled the beach while we were there. It is next to a go cart track but you wouldnt ever know it. No noise from them. The motel was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again if i was in the area

Two star horel with ups and downs. On the plus side: The bed was comfy. The water was hot. TV had a lot of channels. Outside was clean and well lit. Airconditoner-heater worked well. Shoshanna at desk was delightful. On the negative side: Bad paint job outside and inside. Out dated bathroom. Old lady at desk made me never want to return. Overall: This place is truly a hodge podge of oor and average.
