Scary elevator great location Great location across the beach near to all attractions . Room was ok , service was ok but elevator was dangerous. It was making lot of noises to the extent my kids preferred to use stairs from 6 th floor. They need to fix elevator issue it feels very unsafe.

Do not stay here. False advertising This was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed at. The room was advertised as a 5 person room. When we got there we walked into a room with two queen beds. I called down and explained it should be 5 and was told “weeelll we assume three can squeeze into one of the beds.” THAT’S NOT HOW THIS WORKS! They didn’t have cots so I had to go buy an air mattress. They don’t clean the rooms while you are there or bring new towels. When I went down for towels and sheets for the air mattress, they made sure to write down exactly what I was taking.

Horrible service, inaccurate listing They advertise that rooms sleep 5 guests but there are only two queens, no pull out sofa bed. Extremely deceptive! I had to go buy an air mattress and then they made me sign a paper to get another set of sheets. So much for hospitality. Bathroom door had no lock. Rooms are only cleaned every three days. They said, “due to covid”. I guess Hilton is really desperate for cash or something? We all know they do this to cut staffing costs, so why lie about it. Free breakfast was bad. Do yourself a favor and spend the $2 on an egg mcmuffin. Even the coffee was bad. Rude staff. Skip this place.

Hampton Inn Biloxi Right across the street from the beach. The hotel is on the quieter end of town. It is down the block from the Biloxi Visitor Center. They had a nice breakfast and friendly employees. There was a pool filled with families. They also had free parking.

Just one night We stayed here just for one night. The hotel is in a great location. It's clean, and the guests serve is fine. Breakfast was horrible. The very nice lady who helps keep the breakfast area stocked and clean can not help that the selections of food are either stale or just not great. We did not use the pool area although it did look like a nice area. I appreciate the no smoking however some areas of the hotel did smell like smoke but that is more likely because of customers not the hotel itself. Overall I would stay here for another night if passing through the area.
