Dirty. Hot. Horrible. Breakfast was horrible. I am fine with continental breakfast, but the choice was cinnamon bun, cereal or a piece of fruit. That's it. There was no air conditioning in the breakfast area either and the washers for laundry were in the same area as well. It was not clean at all. I like budget hotels, I stay in them all the time, my expectations for them are reasonable. This place was well below expectations. Room was unclean, had to wipe down the tops of the night stands, desks, and bureau. I don't typically ever have to do that, but there were visible spills and substances that were not cleaned up. The top cover on the bed had visible stains. The TV was 24in TV....way too small and improperly setup so that the picture was difficult to see. There was no elevator. All of the electronic locks on the floor we were staying on had some kind of visible damage to them which seems to suggest someone at some point tried to damage them all. It was basically where the LED Light shows that your lock is unlocked or not. None of them were fixed and they all appear to have been damaged quite some time ago. Basically this place was the worst possible place to stay at as far as I am concerned.

Disgusting room. Sheets were dirty and stained. Over an inch of dust sitting on the bed frames and tables. We had to go buy new sheets because the ones provided were filthy and stained. There were inches of dust built up on the bed frame and side table. The bathroom and bathtub was not clean at all and towels had yellowish stains. The entire motel floor and room smelled like cigarettes and weed even though it claimed to be no smoking.

NEVER AGAIN! Pictures are not the real thing, trust me!! Their pictures are not real. The office looks NOTHING like the picture, nor do the rooms. The office now has a caged Plexiglass almost like a theater or ? I asked if it was safe around there. He asked me why I asked that (red flag). Filthy office & rooms. I never received my license back, they NEVER even tried to contact me! Another state later, I realized upon check in of my hotel I did not get my license back.. Check in person was not thorough, never said a word about coffee or anything offered in the morning (not that we would have indulged) we should not have stayed. They make SURE you are aware of the NO REFUND policy upon arrival. I was disoriented with the condition of the office alone, desperately trying to figure out how to cancel this room. I usually pay attention to my check in procedure as I have been a manager of a hotel for over 10 years. The clerk never gave my license back, worse, they never tried to contact me, bring my license to my room, nothing! My husband & I were traveling, I didn't notice my ID was missing until I got to our next hotel, in another state, when I tried to check in. I called super 8, told him my name, he immediately said, yes, I have your ID here!? I asked why they did not try to get it to me. His response; I thought when you checked out you would get it??? (what?) I did go to the front desk the very next morning to check out, unaware that they had my license. I was never informed that it was at the front desk. Then, get this; I asked if it could be mailed to me at our final location. (not our home address on my lic) He took the information down and said "I will do my best to get this to you" HOLD ON! What? No, no. no.., (were my thoughts) I replied, wait, you owe it to me, we are traveling and I need my ID. If, I had to give it a plus, it was quiet

Unbelievable. And, not in a good way. Check in: The clerk was unfriendly, did not greet me, did not provide any instructions about where to park, did not provide any hotel information (breakfast location or time), put document in front of me and did not ask me to sign and did not provide ink pen to sign the document, and did not return my drivers license. Bed: My reservation, and what I paid for, was for room with a queen bed. However it was a full-size mattress on a queen-size frame; the frame stuck out about several inches on each side of mattress requiring me to climb on the exposed springs to get in and out of bed. Bedroom Cleanliness: The floor in the bedroom was filthy, with dirt, debris, and spills that were not cleaned up. The chair was very dirty and stained. Bathroom: The bathroom had a very small toilet with its own plunger. The bathtub was gross, had clumps of stuff, black stains on the floor of the tub and pink mold growing in the corners and on the soap tray. The towels had black streaks that looked like they were used to wash a car. There was a hair on bathroom floor. Checkout: My reservation was for three nights but I checked out after one night. The full amount of room charged in advance at check-in, rather than night-by-night, so I needed a refund for the two nights that I would not be staying. The clerk did not want to issue a refund said he would check with his manager; however, I pressed the issue and he finally refunded the two remaining nights. The Best Western down the street was an incredible improvement. I'm so happy that I moved.

Disgusting, and dangerous. They did not honor my reservation for a room with a queen bed. Refused to switch me out. The bathroom was disgusting with hair in the sink poorly done drywall repair that had never been painted. And cracks in the fiberglass tub with exposed sharp edges that would cut your feet if you tried to use it.
