Good solid hotel stay Clean modern hotel with spacious rooms. Checkin was smooth and most of the front desk staff are very friendly. Very comfortable beds and a nice sitting area in the suites. The hotel was nearly full but there wasn’t much hallway noise in the room.

Back peddling clown "hotel" F this place, and the clown at reception, I called prior evening to see if they could accommodate an early check-in (9am). I was told there was no problem, they had plenty of vacancies, and could easily accommodate an early check-in, and so planned my day around this accommodation. When I show up in the morning the next day, the person at reception said that they will not be able to accommodate me for an early check-in, told me they did not have any vacancies, and I was more than welcome to wait in the lobby until 11 or 12pm (about 4 hours). I explained that I had called the evening before, and was told Hotel could easily accommodate, person at reception did not care, did not want to accommodate in any way, shape, or form, didn't try to communicate to an upper, or see what they could do to resolve issue. I explained I work nocturnal shift, and needed to rest, not wait on a lobby, person at reception told me I could wait in the lobby!

Air conditioning is terrible! The air conditioning does not cool the room enough. Expect it to be warm in the room. As you check in the girl advises you that you cannot put it below 75 or the air conditioner will burn out and not work. I don’t think the room got cooler than 80 degrees. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. We liked everything but the temperature. I slept with wet towel on me all night. Normally I run cold everywhere.

Good for Blythe Check-in was fast, friendly, and very helpful. We had a large room with a sitting area that had a sofa. There was a mini-fridge (no freezer) and a microwave. The AC worked well. The bed was comfortable but sloped to one side. The well lit bathroom had plently of counter space. The toilet was low, and the toilet paper was placed in an unreachable position in back of the toilet. The shower head was not great. Breakfast had the usual processed hot items as well as cold items. We had a wonderful dinner at Garcia's Mexican Restaurant. (Go early because it gets crowded.)

Disappointed There was no hot water for a shower or bath, barely warm. The personnel at the front desk was put upon and almost rude when we checked in, obviously did not want to be there. The beds were soft. The coffee at breakfast came out of a machine and tasted horrible. The location was extreemly sketchy and run down. The guests were mostly construction workers who were very nice. I will NOT stay here again and will avoid Comfort Suites in the future. I have never written a bad review before this one. The common spaces were not well lit. The room was sold as a $170 value so I surprised other hotels at much less have been better.
