Disappointed Our stay at this hotel was below our usual Hilton standards. The property felt unremarkable and dated. We had an issue with room cleanliness as our room wasn't cleaned on the first night, and both the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. When we requested more towels, the service was adequate but did not meet the high standards we're accustomed to with Hilton. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

Value for Money This was our first stop Off an a East coast road trip following flying in to Miami. Tough drive out of the city on the i95 then about 1 miles off at Bocca you’ll find the Hilton Garden in, slightly dated but clean and friendly, more of a stop Off than holiday venue, pool and a facilities ok but much better on the coast. Good Value for money at under $100 for the night, if you catch the best rates.

Abhorrent Please AVOID this HGI. I stay at Hilton properties all over the World and I have never happened upon such poor customer service etiquette. I had a horrendous experience that I do not care to re-live here. Moreover, one entire side of the hotel is plagued by terrible noises coming from the pool pump or something. Don't expect to lay in with these thumping and thudding noises that resonate the entire room. And don't expect hospitality-trained employees; you'll just have to deal with whatever crawled out of the ghetto.

Dirty, and Unashamed I really didn't want to have to write this review. I used to love this place, but it's absolutely gone downhill and they continue to disregard the most basic rules of hospitality. On this visit, the hotel was maybe at 50% of capacity and fully staffed, so they should have been able to provide basic services...however: 1.) When I checked in on Sunday, there was a used washcloth hanging in the shower. My feeling was, "things happen, I'll let them know tomorrow." 2.) I let them know I was concerned about the cleanliness of the room on Monday, and they apologized and said my room was scheduled to be cleaned on Tuesday. 3.) Tuesday came, and again I texted the front desk to remind them to clean the room. They said they would, but failed. So the room was dirty when I checked in, never cleaned, and nobody seemed to care. I did see Miss Mary, the housekeeping manager on Wednesday as I checked out who assured me she'd get right on it after I checked out. Had a single person asked, "How was your stay" I would have gladly shared feedback but nobody did. They seem to have bigger issues, as during my stay there was also a power outage (Monday night) and a system outage on Wednesday. Overall, horrible stay...and yes, I am a Hilton Diamond member - I can only imagine how less frequent travelers are being treated.
