Property ok but room was disappointment. I wish I could give this property a more positive review. The staff was pleasant, and the outside of the property is pristine and pretty. Our room was clean, with a comfortable bed. I had requested an outside room, as I was afraid that meant other rooms faced an interior hall or something similar. But no, an outside room meant the room opened to parking, so we parked right next to our door. There was a panel/screen in front of our door and window that basically blocked any light or view. The room was painted dark gray, so it felt like a cave. The breakfast helper was helpful and pleasant, and breakfast was fairly standard, though no decaf coffee was available.

Rooms need help. I don’t know if we were just unlucky this time because public areas of this hotel were nicely arranged.But our room seemed to belong more to certain chain with a number in the title. The desk did not understand what we were asking for when we said we needed a plug for the bath tub because our daughter cannot take a shower, and he kept giving us directions to “flip the drain shut”- clearly we were put in a room where the tub was broken. We also had exposed wiring, and a dirty ironing board so I couldn’t iron my dress for our wedding. There’s white stains on the floor near the bed……the carpets needed cleaning. To make matters worse the guest before us had spilled cocoa or something on top of it and house keeping didn’t even try to get rid of it. Breakfast was good and hot. Tons of hot water and the fish tank was beautiful. The hallways were nice as well. I’m baffled.

Best Western Plus always good Nice hotel in good area, close to a lot of attractions and shopping. Staff were accommodating and friendly, would return and stay here again. Nice hotel and nice rooms no problems at all. Breakfast was well stocked, and attendant was prompt and refilled as needed. Overall good experience

Find someplace else to stay from the many in Bowling Green! A very big disappointment but I guess you get what you pay for. Our room had a ripped rubber threshold, moldy bath mat (why would a chain need to use bath mats?), and the wall by the tub had a hole in it with chipped plaster & paint. Upon arrival, we were greeted at the front desk by a man (over 35) with his pants pulled halfway down and some very colorful underwear. We wondered if Best Western has a dress code for employees! I showed my pictures to the kind front desk manager and she offered to give us 5,000 points. A refund is what she should have offered! Find another hotel in Bowling Green!

Good place for a night on the road with outside and inside access. This hotel served us well for a night on the road. The room was on the ground floor with outside and easy access. There are also interior rooms in the traditional multi-story style. The room wasn't huge but it was OK. It was an accessible room and water didn't drain well in the shower, making the room damp. Management was informed upon checkout and they said they would take care of it. Breakfast was OK with eggs and yogurt. The staff was friendly. I would stay here again, as it's nice to have outside access.
